If the President of a European country can see that you should not continue after such a poor judgement call than how is it that a CEO on 3.5million a year still believes she is fit and proper to run the countries biggest private media outlet?

Jed there comes a point where you are overexposed to risk in one share/company. That is when you stop buying.

No guarantees that McCall is going. There seems to be no mechanism to remove her. No point at which her contract is renewed. She is out Feudal Dame for life, collecting dues and taxes and doing precious little.

Jed stop being silly. You know we are not shorters. We are the same as the majority here. People who invested hoping for a quick rebound with ITV and yet the Dame has done everything to deflect blame. She doggedly remains even though she is aware that her mere presence drives investors away and attracts the short positions.

Results? Can you show me proof that the results under Carolyn have led to positive movements immediately after. There was a post covid resurgence in 2022 where this went back up to £1.30. Every other year ITV have produced good results but the market has sold off and pushed the SP down

Please stop feeding false optimism and somehow making out that shorters are to blame here. Hold the weak leadership to account. You go to the AGM's and ask questions. Please this year ask them why they reward the ITV Board for failure.

So if 750m would get us back to that price, 500m will only get the SP to £1.

The problem as I see it is if you look at the other streamers they do not continue to double their growth and revenue year on year. They reach peak saturation. Maximum number of viewers.

McCall needs to drive more viewers to the platform and for more shows and longer durations. Can that really happen? The 750million figure looks now to be absurd. She should never have made that projection on a 160million spend.

When will she admit that her initial figures which caused the damage to the SP are just not going to happen. She gambled and we can all see it is never going to bring the rewards she promised. Sorry but that is reason to resign.

Jed intentionally leaves out the advertising revenue. We all know studio growth is increasing year on year and that is the real incentive for buying here. The thing that spooks the markets is falling advertising revenue and the Dame just shrugs her shoulders and says nothing to be done.

You really foresee a dividend increase. 5.7p for a purchase of 57p at certain times???? 10% dividend? Even during Crozier's time I think with the special dividend it did not reach 10%.

There is already speculation in the other place. Maybe a dividend cut. Maybe a share buyback. Maybe a bullish statement from McCall.

It is pretty clear that something needs to happen.

Media company. She has studios everywhere. Why does she not put out regular briefings and interviews? She seems to do one conference a year. Rare interviews. The odd magazine article but that is it. On youtube you get more McCall videos from her Easyjet time than ITV.

I would get behind her if she just got up. Explained why she thinks the current share price is at a 12 month low and how she sees it recovering and reasons to stick it out for the long term. Her silence says she has no confidence in ITV which should mean that she hands over leadership to someone who does.

My average is 71p but I am over 200k down in real terms. I bet heavily that the Dame would go before the end of 2023 and this would be back to £1 this year. Yes I am angry when I see the CEO of H&M choosing to go after the SP fell there.

For 6 years I have been consistently saying that the Dame is just not up to the task. For 6 years I have been subject to abuse and people telling me that I need to be silent. They cannot just filter me. They are determined to control the narrative and silence or ban people who do not want to just blindly follow the leader.

Pogo, Jed, Janus and Solley would all make good North Korean patriots. The DPRK would welcome them with open arms.

Poor Dame. If only she had just admitted her mistakes and gone like the H&M CEO. Instead she lies to Parliament, orders a coverup and continues to collect one of the biggest salaries in the UK whilst having wiped billions from ITV.

The 78%s have stopped manipulating the price for now. Maybe the Dame is getting nervous and telling them it is all too obvious now and she does not want the FSA and SFO sniffing around and asking about undisclosed payments.

6 years I have been critical of the Dame online. Not going to go silent for anyone. I just have higher standards than Jed and expect people who tell everyone that they are worth 3.5 million p.a. to live up to that billing or quit.
