Carolyn is a proven liar. She lied to Parliament. She paid for a coverup of Schofield to save her own neck. She is capable of jumping into bed with the big investors who would want to buy this out at rock bottom.

Go further back and Carolyn sat on Tesco's auditing committee. She resigned before the false accounting scandal which was first story on news bulletins when it broke but that does not put her in the clear.

If you go back to her Easyjet days she made more video chats with financial journalists. Her silence at ITV is part of what is making the city and investors nervous. At Easyjet she gave interviews when the SP fell. It is like she wants it to keep falling here.

Got ot question why these people are allowed to remain. 30% down now on where the SP wasin early February last year.

Pogo is a very low tech bot employed by ITV investor relations. It just repeats the same lies about trolling, Russia and Ukraine over and over.

There must be some collusion here between the majority share owners, the Board and the CEO. They would rather keep the company at half its true valuation. So they leave the cronies in place. They fail to pickup on sexual predators in the workplace. They lie to Parliament and most likely mislead shareholders and other investors.

Time to call the Serious Fraud Office in. Something stinks about this arrangement and failure to dismiss incompetent staff. The only other industry that awards failure like this is the NHS where coverup is second nature to the management.

A new day. A reason to be positive and hope for a better outcome here only something makes me think the slide to 50p is on.

Whilst millions will vanish from the valuation of ITV and employees and small shareholders will be out of pocket, Carolyn and her EZJ cronies and their mistresses will all benefit to the tune of £10,000s. Carolyn will herself take £10,000 and possibly not even have to leave her million £ mansion. Nothing like rewarding abject failure with some of the biggest payouts in the land. "Who wants to be a millionaire"? nah Who wants to be an ITV Board member and do sweet FA whilst the company is driven down.

Would love to know why the 78% investment funds allow this silly charade to continue. It was obvious to me 6 years ago. It is obvious to all but the clinically insane now that McCall is a fraud. A scammer. Con artist. Why do they sit back and do nothing whilst the City of London holds it nose and looks away from this steaming pile?

I am starting to think this is all planned. Crash the price. White knight shows up and buys it out. Sells the studios, robs the pension fund and then trades it on to a mate for £1. That though is too much like an ITV drama about a guy in a canoe. Nobody would pull a stunt like that in real life.

Next up will be Jed with some silly tosh about how it will all turn out rosy. Then Pogo will mumble some nonsense about Putin and Ukraine. Then some investors who are also down on their luck here. A self help group of sorts with Jed and Pogo performing comedy in between the main acts.

Bring back Arthur Daley. He would make a better job of running ITV than Carolyn.

Every results day we get the results and they look good to adequate and then the shorters move in and the SP drops by a few percent by the end of the day. Mid March this could be 50p if the Easyjet cronies do not move on.

We are there right? Google says we hit 57p at one point in the last 12 months but I am searching the graph but cannot see it. Must have been one of those momentary blips. 58p now and heading south. No reason for the Board to panic as long as they keep on getting their salary and free shares.

I have sent a whatsapp to my contact Valdmir Vlaldimirovich asking for 1 million dollars payment as Pogo has said I am a Russian agent trolling ITV forums. If I am a troll then Putin needs to pay me for 6 long years of pointing out the falling share price is due to weak leadership.

Pogo who supports war and corrupt military would have you put your life savings into a share where even the leadership sell at the first opportunity and cover up for sexual predators.

For a new investor here it would take 10 years to make their money back. If the Dame stays then going on her form over the last 6 years the share price would halve and still lose some. So you would be left with shares worth 20-30p.

You can make 5% elsewhere a year and have a decent gain in the share price. Just a matter of choosing the right stock.

If Carolyn was to get the boot tomorrow then this could be over £1 in the next year.

Nobody wants to buy this until McCall goes and we lose that 3.5million in unmerited cost.

All the BoD should take a 50% cut in renumeration. Ban all share options until the Share Price goes back over £1

The article fails to mention the share price has fallen 4% in the last 5 days on no news. FTSE250 is only down 0.8%

Terrible investment. This could go as low as 50p and we have been waiting for buyouts for the last 5 years. Liberty stake is older than Jed.

Cheap at 550,000 a year. Ant and Dec get 20 million each across 3 years. Graham Norton gets more than 3 million from the BBC.

Sorry Pogo but it is hard to make any sense of your cryptic posting at times.

Last week you wrote "ITV shares price - we will speak about next week"

It reminded me of the Goldfinger poster who is always alluding to buyouts and annoucements. So I offer an apology. I got it wrong. No secret announcement that only Pogo is privy to. Glory to Zelensky and all that.

Dont panic people! Especially do not follow Jed's advice to sell if you have no respect for the Dame.

The day is almost upon us. Pogo told us that this week there will be an announcement. That we are to all talk about the share price in this week. Tomorrow it is coming. Pogo has never been wrong (Zelensky firing his head of military shows the war is going to plan).

I like the changes brought about by having women at the top, More women on bank trade floors than men. More women getting hired by the hedge funds. Women Doctors way outnumber men now. Just they have to be good at their job or resign. No wrapping them in cotton wool and saying give them another 2 years.

Too late by 2026. McCall needs to go 2024. Realistic salary for the next CEO please which reflects the drastically reduced valuation of ITV since McCall came on board.

H & M valuation of 24 billion US$. CEO's salary was £1.4 million with no share options awarded to Board members at H&M.

I vote we hire Helena tomorrow. Far better value. Far better performance. Proper business school graduate.
