Evening ray, everyone ! Just looked at that document again .. it sets scancell apart from many other biotech’s I’ve looked at on aim ... it really is worth printing off and going through .. everyone has the ability to understand some of it !!

I feel for long term investors in VAL .. the dilution has been toxic ..

Whilst it is necessary , I think scancell has kept a lid on it and managed to raise significant amounts of cash without the same levels of pain at Val.

When I first came across scancell there were 196,000,000 shares in issue .. so the numbers have almost doubled ... but that’s taken 7 years ... what have scancell done with the funds raised? I’d say quite a lot !!

It’s an efficiently run and organised company in my opinion and it’s IP is huge.

Am I still happy to follow its progress and increase my holding? You bet I am !!

In the talk by JPA .. all the research referred to is in mice with immune systems and how the different types of inhibition can affect different groups of t-cells .. however, there is nothing in that piece that mentions immune compromised patients .. patients that have depleted t-cell populations and without the ability to produce new populations ..

This is where car-t or tcr therapy comes into play .. I’m surprised this wasn’t mentioned in the presentation ..

Lindy Durrant and scancell really are looking to cover all bases in all cancers in my opinion !

Specifically regarding late stage melanoma patients .. [he says] if a patient survives longer than four years then we can call them cured ... these lengths of survival in this patient population used to be unheard of ..

The market may not be very excited about Scancells achievements to date .. but I still am .. still building !

I’ve e-mailed them for an update on the current status of Trigrid 2 re the FDA. They have been kind enough to respond to my previous emails so let’s see if I get a reply.

In true scancell style they are thinking way ahead .. they look over the wall before they jump over it !

They (like most of us) had no idea that the FDA would take this long approving it.

If someone could find me a trial using v2.0 in the USA I’d be interested too see it .. I think a contender could be Pfizer who helped develop it .. I’ll keep looking too ..

In my opinion the scib1 / Keytruda combo trial in late stage melanoma will be the first to use this device in the USA ..

Looking forward to news at scancell, but not holding my breath for pre-2019 now ..

The notation for version 2 is TDS-IM v2.0

This is very clear on the clinical trial pages .. the version 1 is still being used.

I tend to agree .. the US trial posted recently is Trigrid v1 I think !?

Re Trigrid 2 ... it’s now being used in 4 centres in the UK along with others in Germany and Belgium ..

Moderna is mentioned in that report .. I think collaborating is the way forward .. it just depends on the number of pounds of flesh a tiny biotech is willing to give to enter any agreement .. Scancell owns all its IP currently .. who knows what any potential deal could bring but indeed a pairing of IP’s will take a bit of bartering I’m sure !
