Top ten is an excellent achievement .. top four would indeed be fantastic for Moditope.

Along with what Inanaco just posted, what we have is some legends of the immuno oncology arena have already seen enough to agree to work ‘under the guidance of’ Prof Lindy Durrant on scancells IP.

This in itself is an enormous achievement .. whatever the outcome. These thought leaders do not give up their time lightly.

It’s weird, the share price hasn’t bothered me one bit .. unlike VAL for instance, scancell has been very efficient in the way they use their funds .. there has not been toxic dilution or any funny shinnanigans with consolidations or peanuts fund raisings .. it’s heads down and develop their science .. delays are out of their control but I’m certain all planned events will happen but whilst in this quiet period (where scancell are at the mercy of traders) .. I think buying a few more isn’t that silly a thing to do (only my opinion as ever) !

I agree, aspirin has been an astonishingly successful medicine .. but as a cancer preventer, I’m not sure it’s the way forward for a big difference in treatment .. if it was, we’d already be seeing a large reduction in cancer itself !

“Roughly half of adults in the United States take small doses—80 to 325 milligrammes—of aspirin to ward off cardiovascular disease. In Britain the figure is about 40 percent.”

Yet still cancer is a huge and increasing issue !

Icalvert .. the link between aspirin and cancer prevention has been investigated for years .. there may well be something in it but as ever with these fortuitous uses, it might not be as simple as it first seems ..

I think specifically understanding each cancer when it happens and then treating it in the right way is a much more exciting prospect !

Evening all .. I find it quite surprising that investors think more exposure and money will speed up clinical trials .. I have been following Moderna therapeutics for exactly the same length of time as scancell ... with all its billions of dollars in cash and market cap , there is an argument that scancell has progressed scib1 further than any of Modernas pipeline of products .. and has published better results in what is a very nasty stage of cancer..

It takes a long time to develop these cutting edge medicines .. and get the planning wrong or rushing/missing something could very well be the end of an early stage ‘research’ organisation.

But get it right and .....

What I find fascinating is that the aim market places no value on the top minds in the industry!

What Lindy Durrant has already achieved is attracting the interest of Ira Mellman , Jedd Walchok, Christian Ottensmeier and 13 other top industry scientists to her moditope (scancells) work... Along with previously attracting Keith Flaherty, Michael A. Davies, plus several others to the combo trial in melanoma ...

What is it the aim market can't see that all these professionals can !? There are a myriad of research projects and early stage trials happening that they all could immerse themselves in but one things for sure .. They all find something worth following with scancell ..

Whether they win the grand challenge or not ... I place these sorts of minds and contacts above £20m ...
