The Delayed Type Hypersensitivity is a huge observation and very relevant to what scancell is trying to do ..

Looking at the intra day chart … what a strange day !?

Lofas .. BioNTech’s research collaboration is exclusive … On great data from early modi1 trial (yet to be confirmed of course) would they risk walking away and give the opportunity of targeting these mechanisms to someone else??

I still think modi1 will not work In immunocompromised patients, but this can be solved by using cell therapies programmed with the same targets (patented of course) as modi1 ?

They do screen for organ function to access the modi1 trial ..

Berm / Burble .. are the early results of Modify relevant to Biontech do you think ??

My understanding is that completely immunocompromised patients will not respond to any sort of vaccine due to the lack of the ability to raise t-cells ..

Is this where biontech comes in .. IF modi 1 and it’s targets are successful in patients with immune systems are biontech likely to be more excited about programming t-cells with these targets for immunocompromised patients !!

There could be more than we think going on behind the scenes with these early read outs!?

Fascinating development this afternoon and can’t wait to hear an update from the company.

IF there is any signs of t-cell activity or tumour shrinkage in either or both of the other two patients in this cohort then the doors will be more than blown off !

Lindy said she’s never seen anything like it in mice … what if that is translated into humans … Good news for all .. bad news for tumours !!

I think these intra tumoural cancer vaccines aren’t that new and although great news for the three patients who showed partial or complete responses, there were also another 7 on the trial who had no response.

30% isn’t bad for an immunotherapy but there is a lot to go through for these patients .. a vaccine which doesn’t require access to a tumour would in my opinion be more desirable by patients and physicians?

If patient 1 has had their latest scan … if there was anything dangerous or concerning, this would have had to be declared to the market.

Also , I’m of the mind that the next news on this part of the trial will include updates from all cohort 2 patients not just one.
