GG Keep posting. I have declared my position. I go to AGM's-have encouraged those that have lilt faith in the 2 Tim's to seek to try and remove of them if they believe that they are detrimental to the success of IMM. Of course they don't and won't. I do not hear them at AGM's.

You are not OTT-it is clear to anybody with common sense what you are stating as facts and what are opinions.

My opinion is that is about time, 4 months after the last RNS about the LUPUS trial that we got an update on that. My opinion is the fact that Reilly has been given 3m share options is very sensible.

My opinion that Loads hardly ever says anything that makes me consider IMM as an investment leads me to the fact that I will filter him/her.

It may be that they can do deals on the basis that the patents will be granted. Let's hope that the Lupus is proceeding whilst all this is going on. Would have thought that if it were not then it should have been the subject of an RNS already.

Published and granted patents look very similar, so they can easily be mistaken. Just because a patent application is published, it won't always be granted. Patent applications are published in order to make the public sphere aware of what is seeking patent protection. This means that, if the patent isn't actually granted to the work, the public can learn from the work anyway.

Anybody aware of what the lead time is get up to date patents?

We need a statement about the progress of the trial. I am not sure that we will get a ROTW deal without that. Do we need the new patents to dot I'd and cross t's?

I really consider that the order will be trial timelines first, possibly patents arrangements next then deals.

Possible partners will want maximum detail before making best offers-IMM will need a 'good hand' to negotiate with.

At the AGM the lead science professionals made it clear that Prof Muller was in frequent contact with them-at least weekly.

This bodes well as does Dr Reilly's presence on main board.

I think that we need more information about the Lupus trial timetable. This will help negotiations for the ROTW rights. Also orphan status etc for CIDP.

As a side issue INC alone could be worth circa 5p in the shortish term.

Look forward to seeing more investors at this AGM.

You mention the Chairman's stake. May I ask what your's is? For the sake of clarity I have 1.3m shares at an average of 5p.

I ask because you have expressed concerns about TMcM over the years and I think if you are invested here you should consider leading a shareholder's revolt similar to what happened at VAL-where it was successful.

I am not sure that it does! I quoted from the RNS in August 2023 which seems to be contradicted by the later RNS.

Probably makes no difference-IMM should be able to get hold of the money needed if INC continues to power upwards.

This is from the relevant RNS:

The Company entered into a Warrant Instrument ("Warrant Instrument") with Incanthera on 26 February 2020, whereby Incanthera created and issued Warrants to ImmuPharma to subscribe in cash at £0.095 per share, for 7,272,740 Ordinary Shares, valid until 6 September 2023.

· Incanthera has agreed with the Company to extend the Warrant Instrument by 12 months to 6 September 2024.

This does not suggest that the warrants can be exercised at any time-rather on or before 6 September this year.
