I think Czarboy is right-they have been waiting for this research outcome in order that they will be more confident in trial participant selections.

Also if we assume that conversations and discussions could mean negotiations then Avion may well be involved in that if they are not the purchaser then their interests may be taken out in the takeover of IMM. You may recall that I proposed to dream about this scenario in my HOMAGE to GOLD GIRL!

Having watched Tim's bullish interview a couple of times-2025 a year of transformation and deals-I am going to dream tonight that the reason he was silent on when the Lupus trial will begin is because the answer it is going to start fairly soon but that will be irrelevant to us shareholders because Immupharma will have been sold by then!!!

I think that Avion have some rights regarding other indications for P140 in the USA. If this is so then they may be involved in any deal which affects these-thus adding time and some complexity. In the meantime, at the very least, we can expect that progress is being made towards the commencement of the trial.

Suggest those that don't like what they calculate is the risk/reward ratio exit before their holdings (those that have any) become worthless.

Got up to approx 170p. Lot of dilution since then.

Gold Girl-good to hear from you-I am fine thanks. Final top up earlier this week with £10k purchase now hold 2,303,265 shares-really!

There is little sense of perspective from many, mainly newcomers to this Board. There are some really knowledgeable people on this Board, including Dallo, Caulfield and Oscar who understand the detail of where we are and how we got here. Importantly we have a deal for undertaking Phase 2/3 worth $25m which has been enhanced by the recent RNS's.

We may or may not get a deal out of JPM conference. If we do not then the current plan will continue and hopefully come good. Of course it may not-but my average is 4p so the odds I personally have I am very comfortable with.

Been a shareholder for long time with big average

Very pleased that a proper mining company is taking over this shambles. Hoping that there really is gold to be mined in great quantity and I will have a piece of real action.

Scrod... so organise an EGM and get the support to fire the Chairman-I have suggested this a number of times for those who believe that it would be best for shareholders. I have 1.8m shares and am open to persuasion that this might be best if news does not come soon.

If there was something new there would have been an RNS. We are waiting to hear about trial news for LUPUS, potential deal for ROTW LUPUS and deal for trial for CIDP-SO have been appointed as contractor. There is other stuff going on as well.

I have been to their AGM's-last time there were 4 of us-the time before that less! I am in regular contact with the company and am still confident of making a small fortune!

If people are genuinely of the view that the Chairman is not doing his job properly then do a VALIRX and organise his dismissal. I suppose it's easier to type a note like YAWN, YAWN than actually doing anything about it like attending AGM,s or organising an EGM.
