Pokerchips -Agree no consolidation. Research gas show has no medium/long term effect on company value-and why should it-the fundamentals remain the same whatever the number of shares-hence the value remains the same.

May have initial short term impact which will disappear- those who benefit will be the financial advisors and placing brokers-sharehoders will pay!

Board need to concentrate on deals-getting trial going etc etc.

Just maybe he is not as dumb as you think and is a short term trader-as I described from working at a major broking house over 40 years ago. If so-he wants to see the price go down-in his case by being very pessimistic-this does not need to grounded in fact-just credible to the gullible-they sell-he buys-price goes down-fundamentals take over-price goes up-he sells. I have to say that I contacted IMM-about working capital-as did others.

The personal insults and continuing pessimism are just part of the ploy. Don't worry-as you say-fundamentals look good-that's what matter to long term-proper investors.

Here is my message from earlier today. Ignore flash and his pals. They drove price down with the cash flow issue-RNS-price rise-they sell-now want price down again. Seen it done before. We must ignore them for our financial health and sanity.

Of course they have gone silent. Pushed the price down-loaded up-RNS positive-as expected-price doubles-sell.

Worked in top broking house years ago-switched on sales partner gets an idea-buys-tell other partners -they buy-all tell their clients-they buy-original partner sells.

See my earlier note-there is no decency in the day trading business-so we must focus on the medium term-the fundamentals are the key. There will be good news-the price will adjust-some time along the road proper investment decisions will have to be made. Pleased I have averaged down hugely.

Dallo, CS7-there is no reasoning with Flash or PC-they have nothing interesting to say-hence my filtering them.

They never seem to place any weight on the deal we already have regarding Lupus, the progress re CIPD, the appointment of Reilly, the other possibilities in the pipeline. They harp on about dilution and working capital and T McC-all reasonable points if considered with the positive fundamentals.

I have averaged down-bought another 300,000 this week. I anticipate more good news about the progress of the Lupus trial, the results of discussions with FDA about CIDP and the blossoming to the INC share price, the ROTW rights, in the coming few months.

So, Dallo, myself and others having contacted IMM are pleased to see this re-statement of the fundamentals. The prescence of Dr Reilly encourages me to think that much of this will happen. I cannot understand the poster who says that nothing has happened given the deal worth $25m to fund LUPUS for the US market-that is something that is happening. Also the deal for INC with Watsons.

I hope IMM realise that regular updates with help the confidence of ling term shareholders.

What do you forecast the RNS will say?

A limited company cannot go bankrupt-it goes in to liquidation. It us an offence to trade whilst not being able to meet it's obligations. It is a reasonable assumption that the directors will not wish to face disqualification or worse by operating whilst insolvent. There is also the buffer of the INC holding. I expect a prudent announcement very soon-particularly if there is a need for a fund raising.

The big deal is the start of the Lupus trial plus news about CIDP and the ROTW issues. INC looks very promising in the short/medium term.

There must be an RNS very soon. the fundamentals remain intact. The big issue may be cash. That could be resolved in several ways including yet more dilution.
