Written to IMM tonight urging statement about cash position. Encourage others with similar concerns to do the same.

The suggestion that somebody may have mental health problems and needs help I found shocking. In my relatively long life I have known several suicide victims and others with mental health issues. The way to help is NOT some random poster on a bulletin board making a diagnosis.

I was one of four retail investors who attended the AGM in June last year and I reported back to this board.

I raised the question of cash and Tim McC swatted back with 'No we need any' and then talked about tax losses etc After the Q and A I was approached by several Directors all saying that with the US deal in the bag this put IMM in a strong position to get up front payments for a ROTW deal for LUPUS and similarly for CIDP. A few weeks later another Lanstead deal was announced.

We were also told that IMM would be more forthcoming in regularly keeping shareholders up to date. Clearly this has not happened. I have asked the company about cash flow issues and been told that information will be available at the time of publishing the Annual Accounts in late April.

INC in which IMM invested £2.5m of it's money is now worth less than £1m-but look s promising. Tim McC is Chairman ad gave an enthusiastic interview recently, has a substantial shareholding himself with more warrants issued recently. I wonder if he is spreading himself to thin-he is after all CEO of IMM and responsible for driving deals through.

Clearly with 1m shares I still have faith in the fundamentals-but I would like to see more progress and also some statement from the company about cash flow-where I agree. there is room for doubt given the nature of the Lanstead deal.

To return to the mental health issue-I intend to report this post-it has no place here.

The take up by Directors was low-only Lisa invested.

Mr Market price was 170p a few years ago-now his price is 1p-Mr Marker knows what he is doing!

I have 1 m shares- If there is a placing at 1p or below I will buy whatever it takes to avoid personal dilution. The fundamentals are still there-cash is the major consideration-maybe.

I am disappointed about the news flow. I now wonder whether the Chairman/CEO is spreading himself to thin with him chairing INC as well. If we do not get news flow soon I may suggest that we do a VAL and withdraw shareholder support from him being a Director of IMM.

I was disappointed that none of the mainstream Executive Directors participated in the recent placing at 2p.

However, I remember Independent Insurance amongst others where the MD and Deputy MD constantly purchased large numbers of shares while fraudulently under reserving causing the company to crash.

Will return to this when the position becomes clearer.

Lambo is correct-this is a discussion board.

He does not add to my understanding at all with his constant repetition.

More evidence-they talk a different language.

So there we have it. Better but unspecified options available. Inevitable, imminent cash raise. No mention of positive fundamentals.

Adastra, CS7, myself and others are concerned with the underlying fundamentals of company when investing and are therefore likely to hold for the long term. WT , Flash and others are interested in the short term share price and are therefore likely to be short term traders.

I am judging that positive news flow will come and that eventually product(s) will get to market and/or it will get taken out. I there is further dilution I will invest more to keep my average down.

We just have to face it that day traders just talk a different language.

What is the Avion deal if it is not a partnership?

News will give this some momentum. Will buy some more if this goes to 1p-my average is already way down.

Inc is likely on the way up-with a sweetheart warrant deal available by September.

Clearly these negative comments aimed at driving price down-mine are aimed in the opposite direction!

TM bought 1.2m shares at 5p in the 2012 placing-I make that £60k.

Tim purchased 1.2m shares at 5p in the August 2012 placing. I make that £60k.

If you do not consider they are earning their remuneration then vote against them in the upcoming AGM-as happened at Valirx.

Lisa Baderoon purchased £20k in the last placement.

spot on. fundamentals look good-several possibilities. need more commentary from board on progress to dampen negative stuff-do not blame people that have lost a packet and cannot afford to average down for being ****ed off.

Lambo-we know-we know-we know.

We need news-or we will need more money.

Some of us think that news will probably come soon and if not another buying opportunity.

Just over 25p to break even-share price reflects dilution-see earlier discussion.

Current potential profit on warrants if exercised approx £110k.

If big things come along as suggested INC will appreciate a lot.

Taken a position directly as well as holding 1m shares in IMM.

We may soon be able to sell some INC shares at a profit-if push comes to shove. But with other news coming-we hope/judge that may not be necessary.

Agree that news would be good for share price and therefore fund raise. Substantial rise in INC should also have an affect on IMM share price.

Also, as has been mentioned before, cash may not be a problem given what is happening to INC-IMM's current holding could be worth several £m with more to come with exercise of warrants by 9/24.

Look at recent RNS re warrants that IMM have in INC-investment may pay off.
