There is no way that IMM will not protect their position regarding INC warrants.

I cannot read any more negative posts based on communications and TimMc's incompetence/laziness.

My prediction is that news of:

IMM trial news will happen within next 2 months

INC share purchase will happen in early September

ROTW deal for LUPUS with cash up front by this year end

CIDP partnership with cash up front will be announced by year end

INC sales will be huge and share price react accordingly with £2 per share by end of 2025

Taking all this in to account IMM will go to 20p by end 2024 and 40p by end 2025-when I will depart with £750k from IMM and INC and a world wide cruise in a suite!

I will attend AGM's and communicate directly with the companies and my fellow MBA from Cranfield when I want to.

Why would Avion want to spin this out for another year-of course they don't. Tim McC does not read bulletins because of nonsense deprecating posts such as these.

I am beginning to think that I will keep my own counsel after attending AGM's and contacting the company directly..

Think there will ben res by early September when option in INC have to be purchased.

So sorry to hear about your medical issues and pleased to hear that you are on the mend.

Personally I do not believe that TIMMc is so stretched that he cannot authorise a holding RNS saying where we are in the devising the trial process with some vey approximate timescales.

Either he simply does not want to or some substantial news is imminent rendering an update superfluous.

I have communicated my views to IMM-again.

I think that you can gather from my posts that I agree with you.

I have stated both at the AGM and in follow up messages that we need to be told that there is life in the agreement with some form of statement showing that there is. Obviously the disappointments of the past and Lanstead weigh heavily on the share price.

Valirx shareholders dismissed their 2 leading execs with AGM shareholder votes. I hope that TIMmc can ride 2 horses-Hopefully he will start jumping fences with IMM very soon.

Some news that Avion are still active and interested would be theist we can expect. Stark contrast with outpourings about INC from the Chairman TimMc.

Unsure whether you don't accept the EMH, don't accept my interpretation of it, or don't think that it applies to small companies in their formative stages.

I for one believe this is a 'snip' at current levels with the potential of so much good news.

I and 3 other punters attended the AGM-i have several times before-suggest you contact him directly to express your views. I have asked for an interim RNS both at the AGM and in a follow up e mail-have you made contact with him or Lisa?

Why would WE complain about dilution that has effectively already happened.

WE will get excited won't WE about unknown positive news such as a cash deal, more news on CIDP and a schedule for Lupus, share price of 100p or more for INC.

The warrants and their likely exercise are known by the market and hence in the price (Efficient Market Hypothesis.) for what it is worth.

Wigwammer-I was at the AGM with 3 other punters and I agree with everything that you say.

They are sticking with the timescale of during 2024 doing some sort of deal with cash up front. They believe that they will get CIDP application to market quicker than LUPUS.

Not much information on Peptides.

I suggested that they RNS they are with schedule for LUPUS-have to wait and see about that. Apparently patients will receive drug for 12 months.

I was impressed by the 2 professionals from the French team-very knowledgeable and enthusiastic , apparently other innovatory ideas being discussed

YH-I think you could right.

My understanding is that firstly we should expect to see a time table which would include recruitment of trial participants. They would receive the dosage for a period, the results analysed, then if looking good approved by the FDA.

This whole process is unlikely to b complete in less than 2 years.

So what we need is some indication that it has really started!

Thanks-the timetable including, critically, patient dosage is outstanding. This, I think will be the next item in news flow. I cannot envisage IMM wanting to do a deal for ROTW until this is nailed down.
