Well-at the very least this confirms Avion's continuing involvement. Given the changes in approach ROTW deals couldn't have been concluded before. CIDP still on horizon.

I think that appointment of CRO would be a big step forward-demonstrating Avion's commitment. However there could be much more. Agree that O'Reilly would not be bothering with this if he did not see real potential.

I predict that in the very near future we will get an update on the status of the pipeline. There is a good chance that this will name the company carrying out Phase2/3 work-detail status of CIDP including partner, probably Avion and ROTW for both Lupus and CIDP, again probably Avion. The deals may include up front payments to get IMM through to final acceptance of the Lupus drug. The share price will trade between 10p and 20p until first read out and then 30p to 50p until final acceptance. After that £2 plus.

Prior to founding his consulting practice, Dr Reilly served as Chief Scientific Officer and Vice President at Avillion, a drug development company focused on the co-development and financing of drug candidates, where he was responsible for clinical and strategic oversight of co-development programs and partnering with both large pharma and biotech, including Pfizer, Merck KGaA and AstraZeneca. Dr Reilly previously served as a Clinician - Clinical Development & Medical Oversight at Pfizer and at Lundbeck as Medical & Scientific Advisor.

I am struggling to think of a post that you have made which has helped to take a view on Immupharma's prospects as an investment. Certainly not your view on market cap and dilution or your suggestion that X times current cash holding might be a basis for current share valuation. Actually I do think that the market will react very strongly to a commencement of the trial and hence the start of the $25m investment ,particularly if it is linked to a CIDP trial and ROTW for both LUPUS and CIDP.

Does being too smart mean going to AGM,s following CNR's closely, keeping in touch with the company and hugely averaging down. If so-guitly as charged.

Not wrong-just irrelevant! If Avion deal happens would market value $25 times 6?

If punters feel so strongly about management other than just using the BB to moan, I will exercise my right to exclude those who add no value to my decision making which include those whose constant refrain is TM is a lxxx and do nothing about it.

Agreed. If shareholders consider that leadership of Imm is a significant drag on it's future prospects then seek to replace-just posting on a bulletin board won't achieve this. There were just 4 of us at the last AGM-none of us were moaners. I asked questions about cash flow and timings. Others asked questions about science issues.

This is a punt-but at sub 2p I consider great value. Of course, Que sera etc-however every 12p in share price get's me £100k.

I go to AGM's and report back-I talk about the EMH based on my professional background part of which was an analyst at a top broker- and I freely concede that there is an alternative hypothesis. I am interested in sensible debate-I have encouraged investors who believe that the Chairman/CEO is a significant drag on IMM's prospects to organise a vote of no confidence-which happened at VAL. I and others receive nonsense comments in return.

At the AGM it was mentioned that Avion had some kind of first refusal one the ROTW for lupus application and also other applications such as CIDP both USA and ROTW. It could just be that with new non Exec Director on board they are negotiating a block buster all embracing deal.

Before all the 'he is a cheating liar' brigade suggest that I am some form of nutcase let me just say that this is speculation based on several known facts and it may be wrong and a RNS will drop saying something truly dreadful like Avion have pulled out. Personally I think that is fully priced in but WTFDIK.

The Efficient Market Hypothesis says that everything that is known is in the share price. Clearly, this may work better for greatly researched, well established companies. However I think there is an element at work here. What is known by some investors and/or researchers is that the Chairman/CEO is not truthful. Whilst this would be an issue for most companies it is critical for this company at this stage of it's development. So the major issue is will the Stage 2/3 trial for Lupus start with funding of $25m from Avion very, very soon. If it does the rest may be believable-if not it will not.

So-we are divided tn 2 camps-those who doubt the veracity and presumably are concerned about the impact on Immupharma's prospects and those that think this is overdone considering that Avion seem to be on board.

I am in the latter camp and have invested/gambled accordingly.

Than rescue a Company which desperately needs a leadership change in order that it can deliver relief to seriously ill people and, secondly, and far less importantly, make some money for it's shareholders.

Will look out for you a future Nobel prize winners lists

For me it us the science-having Avion onboard hopefully and committed with their cash hopefully.

If anybody considers that this project will fail because of Chairman's veracity and they are a shareholder then do a Valirx and organise a campaign to replace based on clear and substantial reasoning as to why this would be in the shareholder's and Lupus sufferers best interests.
