I am unhappy with the 75% proposal to remove a Director.

Given the level of unhappiness with Chairman/Managing Director performance this strikes me as protection for him. Incidentally, I also do not consider that he should occupy both roles-on corporate governance grounds.

I am very interested in what others think.

How does going private enables the Directors to benefit and the owners (shareholders) end up with nothing.

Shocked by news this morning!

If partnership news was imminent then there would be no need for fund raise.

If a deal was imminent then we would not need the cash

It cannot take 15 months to do a deal.

I think we need a new leader.

My take is that it is likely that:

P140 will do what it says on the tin.. This is based on discussions with the 2 IMM scientists involved.

AVION Are still involved. IMM would have had to disclose to shareholders if this was not the case. This being the case the recent patent will have added to the potential value of their deal with IMM.

There are a number of stakeholders involved. AVION, IMM current shareholders, IMM warrant holders, IMM employees including the scientists who have more than just skin in the game that is a desire to make P140 actually succeed , the French institution who have a low teens % of IMM's revenues in the Avion.deal.

Tim McC is not a scientist-he is an accountant with a Cranfield MBA (same as me) there is not a test tube in sight! What he has done has got us close to a deal. I like his 2 recent non-exec director appointments who hopefully will have been helping bringing this phase to success

So fairly soon we will know. Even if we are just left with the AVION deal this will be worth much more than 7p a share-if several Pharma's are excited-who knows what I will do with what's left of my retirement.

Of course one should not invest more one can afford to lose. I have just over 3 million shares at average of 4.5p. I believe this investment will come good as have my fairly recent substantial investments in physical gold, gold miners and Japanese equities.

Nolupus is not worth being concerned about. He simply does not understand risk/reward. Personally, I understand that I may lose all my investment here but I could get a payback of up to 30 times or more. After conversations with the CSO I am content with my position. I caught gold at near bottom and Japanese equities also-but the risk/reward ratio is quite different. I speak as a former investment analyst at a major London investment house.
