GOLD GIRL-At the moment all gains are free from capital gains tax. They could cap the amount of gain before CGT became payable.

GOLD GIRL. Don't know. Will say that if a big Pharm thinks it will do what it say's on Tim and Seb's tin they may want all of it. In which case a buy out may be possible. Happy to wait at see with an average of just over 4p.

Would like to happen before the budget which may limit tax free gains on shares held in AIM!

I think that Avion are waiting for patent re MOA for selecting suitable candidates before progressing trial. They also will be part of the bigger picture when patent(s) are filed.

We live in interesting times.

I was also at the AGM and endorse everything that Rebarm has said about patents filed first coming first-then deal(s) all before end of this year.

Masterblast-what is your reasoning?

Is probably going to be that the application for Patent(s) has been filed. At the AGM we were told this was needed before any deal(s) could be done and I suspect before patients can be recruited for the Lupus trial. We know that the lead scientist is liaising with specialist lawyers to file the application and I was told that this would be sooner rather than later but no forecast timescales would be given.
