Nolupus. The prior RNS actually suggested that Lanstead had sold 230k per trading day, well below what was required to fund the agreement. Further, at the time of the last ph3 trial result, Lanstead retained a circa 5% position despite the prior sharing agreement expiring several months before. IMO DYOR etc

Peter also stated around the same time, that Lanstead has no interest in whether immupharma post positive news or not. This is despite the point that Lanstead has 70m warrants in immupharma. This is a high risk/high reward share for sure, but take the things Peter says with a large dose of salt. GLA DYOR etc

Thanks for sharing the information Bonnville. The major point surely is that the head of science is driving the patent strategy, and they have hired a reputable IP company (HLK) to work with them. Lollywally spent much of last year and at a similar share price level, complaining about TM and worrying where the next million would come from. In the end the shares multiplied, the placing was done at 3.75p and he could have taken his money out at the higher levels, but I suspect he didn’t. Whinge. Moan. Fuss. No action. Yawn… GLA

So Peter says there is good news coming, but he doesn’t want to talk about what it is. And he thinks they will have a placing before revealing this good news, because that is exactly what they DID NOT do last time. Good night Peter :)

Tim is so slippery that he forgot to do it prior to the last good news in January. Instead, he announced news beforehand and placed shares at a 200%+ premium. What good news, Peter?

Peter thinks they will drop good news. Last time that happened shares rose from 1.2p to over 7p, with eventual placing at 3.75p (a 200%+ premium to the undisturbed price). Thanks Peter :)

Nobody here is more toxic than spanny. He repeatedly claimed to have bought the shares at a massive premium to where we are now (more than double) and now suggests he sold (without mentioning it). Pointless

Lollywally talk very big. Lollywally action very small. He still probably owns the shares he bought at 7p+. But just like last year, he will likely only admit it if/when the shares go up. At which point he will give himself a big pat on the back. If you think the things lollywally says mean the shares won’t go up, go ahead and sell and/or use appropriate filter. I don’t care :)

Of course, if they had checked the expiry date on the composition of matter patents before buying the shares, or really understood the difficult funding environment, they might have better perspective on the challenges management have faced. But I suspect they didn’t. There is a decent chance management can pull this off given time, IMO. But high risk/high reward. Position size at a level you can afford. GLA DYOR etc
