Be realistic then Maverick. Even at 5p the inflow from Lanstead will be circa £270k per month, or about £100k above what is spent. And the price is nowhere near 5p. Is this not all correct?

A couple of things to note about how Lanstead managed their IMM holding during the 2016-2018 trial. First, they provided the means by which a broader range of institutions could join the shareholder list, by effectively placing their shares with institutional holders (see RNS 21/10/2016). I’m sure we would all like to see a broader range of institutions involved and Lanstead can provide the means (without further dilution)… Second, Lanstead retained a holding in Immupharma well after the 2016/17 sharing agreement had completed (see RNS 4/10/2017), and still had a circa 5% holding at the time of data release in April 2018. They provide finance for the company, but they also participate as a regular institutional shareholder. Hope that gives some perspective. GLA IMO DYOR etc

Hi GG. Remember also that at 10p we are running at double the benchmark price stated in the sharing agreement. So if this continues we can expect a £530k inflow each month (funding a £170m cash burn amount). ATB DYOR etc

Morri940 - Lanstead need to sell around 340k shares a day to meet the payments to IMM. That 340k is total peanuts relative to the volumes currently going through. GLA DYOR

I have sold a quarter of my position this morning at a 300%+ profit. This covers my original investment at 2p plus a profit on top. The other 75% I will leave in place and run on a “free” position. So there will be no deramping from me! Good luck all IMMers! DYOR etc

I agree GM. Especially when the cash burn of the company is only circa £1.8m pa. In addition to the £150m cash, they would have a material interest in a prized late stage asset. GLA etc

I read the post about a £100m upfront deal resulting in a sub £100m market cap and immediately applied the filter. There have been so many sceptics here over the last 12-18months and it has paid to ignore them all. I’m sure we’ll see further ups and downs, but the risk/reward still looks highly attractive to me. What you need most of all is patience, and many on this board inspire the exact opposite. GLA IMO DYOR etc

I agree marty130, we have a decent idea where we are with p140. But TM has also alluded to news from the broader portfolio.

400+ negative posts and a fund raising later, and the shares are still 50%+ above where peterpharma started trolling the board in January lol… The company requires a very small amount of money to keep going, and the prize on the other side is potentially enormous. Well given you bought at 7p+, lollywally, few people have had their expectations more diluted than you… I bought the vast majority of my holding in 2024 At an average price of around 2p, and I’m happy with the underlying progress being made. GLA
