I really don’t think the scientists in Bordeaux or the CNRS are developing p140 as a personal lifestyle choice. Even if one chooses to denigrate management, it is important to recognise they are only part of the equation. It is very popular, consensual and easy currently to tar nearly every AIM stock with the same brush. Exactly why it is probably a good time to be looking at AIM stocks. GLA DYOR etc

Yes. The proceeds from Lanstead go back to Lanstead. There is no additional pot of money that Lanstead draw from to pay immupharma each month, which is what you suggested earlier. The only additional pot is created when Lanstead sell the shares. Furthermore - and contrary to what peter claimed in the past - there is nothing in the agreement that states that Lanstead have to sell their entire holding over the course of the agreement. Jeez, it’s boring..

Lanstead may well have money in the bank, but it does not belong to immupharma, nor have they received any money from immupharma. The only thing Lanstead owe is the monthly payment linked to the Imm share price. IMO DYOR etc

I’m sure Lanstead are selling to (at least in part) fund the monthly payments to immupharma. But the last holdings RNS appeared to suggest they were only selling around 240k a day. Happy to be corrected there. So unless they have stepped it up, my guess is most of the selling is PI’s… IMO DYOR

There are just more sellers than buyers, pebsi. If we get the news we hope for then this will reverse… I think Tim has done some things well and some things not so well. But ultimately you are buying a share in immupharma and its associated pharma assets, not Tim!

Pebsi - with respect, the shares are materially up from early Jan/ytd… Some people are not happy and have sold and consequently the share price has fallen. But if you have no plans to sell and are willing to hold longer to see what happens - it really shouldn’t bother holders that much. For those who want to add the lower price is good news. IMO DYOR etc

“Right or wrong time will tell”.. quite right hulltiger. If you like the story then buy an appropriate amount that you can afford, and be patient. Personally I would rather just let management get on with it and report when ready, instead of pressuring them into releasing some half baked update. TM gave no precise time in 2025 when news would arrive on patents or partnerships. IMO DYOR etc

Indeed nolupus. New patents filed by immupharma based on work undertaken in Bordeaux. Perhaps the CNRS will no longer have a claim. I’m pleased we can agree that the scientific support for p140 extends well beyond just two people in Bordeaux, however.

Yes will be interesting to see, nolupus. Under the last agreement imm agreed to pay a low double digit percentage amount of receipts from partners/own commercialisation arrangements. Of course, in the event the product is commercialised and imm pay anything (beyond milestones) to the CNRS, the current 2.2p ask price will likely be a distant memory. IMO DYOR

The scientific team in Bordeaux are building on years of experience developing p140 by the team at the CNRS, one of the most prestigious research institutions in the world. The investment is high risk/high reward and requires appropriate money management and position sizing, as I have stated in previous posts. GLA IMO DYOR etc

Good post VikR. And I agree - there is a good chance they are working toward commercialisation and that things simply take longer than expected. Hardly a surprise given they are a small company operating in a complex sector. Things that suggest it may be different this year are new patentable technology, the point they have had meetings under NDA with multiple companies, and that the optimism is being vocalised not only by TM, but also by the scientific team. With a sub £20m valuation the potential for material rerating in the event of positive news makes for interesting risk/reward. IMO DYOR etc
