There is an old saying, “stocks climb a wall of worry”. Which is why shareholders should rejoice that the cynics/worriers keep coming back, and in large numbers. They complete the typical picture of a high momentum stock that just keeps rising. The time to worry of course is when they start buying! IMO GLA

For those who don’t know, monteacute is another sceptic from the sub 3p days. The story was explained to him at the time using language that an 8 year old could grasp, but he still failed to get it. Now the shares have multiplied he isn’t here to congratulate people or admit he got it wrong, but simply to display that he has no humility whatsover. There are answers to his points of course - as there were in the sub 3p days - but it will be like talking to a brick wall (again). ATB IMO etc

There is certainly a case for that GG. Because it is now targeting the whole autoimmune space, whereas previously it was only targeting lupus. There is also now the diagnostic element to consider. GLA IMO etc

The game now is maximising the value of the deal. And three fantastic things have happened in recent days to galvanise IMM’s position .. 1) the patent has been filed - IMM are now “first to file” with the IP… 2) the company confirmed that Jackson Labs have corroborated the data - a highly reputed third party lab. This is the same data that interested pharma groups are now scanning. 3) the patent filing has been processed through HLK - a highly reputed patent firm, giving it weight and credibility. With Jackson and HLK backing the data and patent filing, management are going into these meetings with a strong hand… IMO DYOR GLA

Yes it was warrants, stout. The company is currently generating well over £500k per month from the sharing agreement, well above the £170k required to fund ops… So they don’t need the warrant cash but still nice to have . ATB

A couple of key things from the interview (there are others!) … First, TM for the first time (I think) gives some indication of the potential proportion of each disease that can be treated with p140. And it’s good news “We can look to diagnose quickly and treat huge proportions of all of these autoimmune diseases across the board…” Second, TM elaborates on why the patent is “the trigger”. My interpretation is that now a highly reputable patent agent like HLK have rubber stamped the patent filing, the decision makers in the large pharma groups can state that while the patent is not yet granted (hence risky) it has been given the HLK treatment. Worth looking up the background of HLK - they are respected… Looking good IMMers!… IMO DYOR GLA

If lollywally wasn’t so unscientific and emotional about investment, he might have followed goldgirls example and bought at the 1-3p lows. But he didn’t. For 18 months he was the biggest pant wetter here. So much so, that people left the board rather than suffer his negativity. So take everything lolly buffoon says with a pinch of salt. MavD - yes, so at 10p they are making a £400k surplus. And even at 5p making £100k surplus. Pleased you see that. The incanthera warrants have an exercise price of 9.5p and the current ask price for incanthera shares is 4p. So unless there is a very large jump in the incanthera share price, how is there ANY potential for immupharma to exercise the warrants?

Well of course bonny, if an offer premium of 400-800% comes in then it would have to be considered. But that is a far cry from suggesting someone could buy the whole company for £50m as you originally stated, a 400-800% premium would obviously be quite an outlier premium, and at that level would hardly be considered peanuts (many multiples of the upfront typically paid in a licensing deal). Anyway, I think we can agree there seems to be value here, however it is realised. IMO DYOR etc

Ok bonny. So £50m would be peanuts. But they can’t buy it for £50m. And at a high premium it might not be peanuts anymore. Conclusion being - they can’t buy it for peanuts
