Absolutely nettles, though the whole inheritance aspect does strike me as rather inequitable and unfair. I simply point out that some of our elderly community would do well to reflect on how good they’ve had it, and what the cost is, before laying out the land to others. It may well be that a well judged investment here - and proportionate - has already given some young people a much needed boost. Fingers crossed it continues. IMO DYOR GLA etc

I’m sure there are many young people here who bought shares near the lows, and will be thankful they didn’t act on similar advice at that level. If older people want to help the young, perhaps it would have been best to start a few years ago. Less QE, less bailouts, less stacking debt on debt for future generations to pay off, less bailing out housing market and banks, less triple lock pension guarantees, less defined benefit pension schemes, less endless increases in NHS spend (which mostly goes to the elderly) etc etc. If they’ve made a few bob here - good luck to them. They will probably need it. ATB

Yes GM. Lanstead sell to help fund the sharing agreement. They were selling at 3p. They were likely selling at 13p. But evidently their selling tells you little about the future direction of the shares which are up 700%+ ytd (despite their selling). DYOR GLA etc

Yes Lanstead always know everything, onetoomany/peterpharma… That’s why they were selling at sub 3 pence. Because they knew it was about to rise 300%+… Different username, same fool :)

What?! Repeat : Lanstead have not been “out” all year. But the shares have multiplied ie The shares can evidently rise with Lanstead “in”

GG has been calling it up for 18 months, and got it right. I have no idea who Roger is - presumably a newbie - and since he arrived it has fared less well. I know who I’d put on filter :)

Onetomany/peterpharma… Derided the stock for months at 3p and below (400+ posts). Then told us at 4-5p that it would only go to 10p long term and after a deal (it went as high as 18p within days). Now it’s 11-12p he’s calling it down again. One of the most clueless posters in LSE history. No wonder he changed his username! :)

Yes GG. Patience has paid off. Of course investors need to DYOR and only invest an appropriate amount. IMO GLA

I guess the other material positive is that deals in this space are now coming through at far higher values than was the case in 2017/2018 when IMM shares hit their last peak. IMO DYOR good luck IMMers!
