But that isn’t any sort of proof, msuk. It is just your opinion and gut feeling. Where is the empirical evidence it works? There is plenty or price and volume data out there - and your gut might not like it - but there is still no proof it works. IMO GLA

Some people can make a decision and own it. Others need extra help, support, guidance, reassurance. Basically, lots of other people’s time. Ps msuk - please provide ANY decent empirical research that shows price and volume data on its own gets outperformance. Doesn’t exist … IMO GLA DYOR

Over the last few weeks, Rog has had a target share price of over 20p, then under 8p, then 16p, now he’s unsure at 11p.. Not sure why but someone is so uncomfortable facing these facts that they had my post removed. GLA

Yes soletrader. Did you also see the cost stats? Hundreds of thousands for treatment. I very much hope car-t can go on to make a difference, but if p140 works it will likely prove far easier and cheaper to administer. IMO GL etc

I’d be seriously worried if at 11am on a Saturday morning, the board was filled with multiple posts from over exuberant holders talking ecstatically about things they don’t understand. But by contrast we have a plethora of derampers talking nonsense about things they don’t really understand. It is all very encouraging :)

I very much hope CAR-T will go on to help in diseases of all description, but note the toxicity risk and very high cost. By comparison - p140 has proven safe and has a very low cost of production. IMM holders should feel confident they are on to something if this is the main competition.. Half full, monteacute? Fact is the shares have multiplied, the glass has been brimming, and anyone who ignored your scepticism at the lows (and bought) has been well rewarded. ATB

I don’t agree with you, monteacute. The RNS confirms that a “number” of parties remain interested as of today, that the expected cash runway now extends to H226, and - most importantly - that type M prevalence is estimated at up to 80% depending on the indication, with an average of 50% across most autoimmune disease areas. The market doesn’t react, the market is sceptical. Well there’s the opportunity… And rather than feeling sorrow for those who bought at 16p, feel joy for those who bought at 2p - very smart move (I recall you being rather sceptical back then too). Lollywally insists facts are important. And who could ever doubt him? But what is also important is good judgement - bringing facts together, weighing them and making the right decision in a world of uncertainty. Remember that Lanstead have 70m warrants at an exercise price of 2p, a far larger involvement than the circa 25m shares they hold through the sharing agreement. I suspect Lanstead would therefore be happy to see a bumper RNS at any time.. GLA imo DYOR

Nice one, OSD. Yes I’ve taken out my original investment purchased at circa 2p, plus a profit. But still have a large position. IMM has great potential but like any equity investment there is material risk and people should only invest an appropriate amount. The positives now are similar to the sub 3p days but are increasingly solidified - namely, late stage assets, blockbuster indications, modest (it was tiny!) market cap. IMO DYOR etc

I should add - this negative sentiment is a positive. There is big pool of potential buyers out there if/when positive news is crystallised. IMO

Hey OSD. The shares are up 800%+ ytd. But look at the number of negative posters here? Look at how dead the ADVFN board is? There are many many sceptics and sellers and nervous holders in our midst. Hope that answers your question! IMO GLA

Ps lordlollywally would find a corresponding negative for every positive post even when the shares were sub 2p. He has demonstrated zero ability to weigh up arguments and come to the right answer. IMO ATB

I would also note that the RNS does formalise that type M means targeting circa 50% of autoimmune sufferers within each disease type, and that “a number” of interested parties are looking at the data. The solidification of the multi billion usd opportunity does seem more important than whether the deal lands in November or February. IMO DYOR GLA

With respect, juxtaposition - there is no prior RNS where TM guarantees a deal in 2025. And your use of language like “glossed over by the ramp crew” hardly lends itself to objective discussion. IMO GLA

Mwv1 is right to draw emphasis to this “Type M prevalence is estimated at up to 80% depending on the indication, with an average of 50% across most prevalent diseases.” First time I can remember these estimates being presented and they look impressive. The new website and extension to cash runway expectation also welcome. GLA DYOR IMO etc
