You are assuming the company statement covers everything. It’s not necessarily exhaustive, it simply covers the basics of the trial. The fuel supplier is in it for commercial deals, not 6 month trials on 1 ship. The RNS will likely expand on the brief statement above but feel free to believe what you wish, whatever rocks your boat.

Exactly. My post below contains detail we have been told about, none of it is wishful thinking. The Fuel supply company is involved to supply fuel commercially, not go to the expense and hassle of doing trials alone. It is a risk for them, no doubt, but if the fuel works as it should, then they are in position to lead the way with MSC.

Absolutely. Given what happened to Cepsa, any fuel supplier is going to be looking for future commercial supply agreements, beyond the trial supply. The same fuel company is currently supplying QED with biofuel ingredients to test new recipes at aquafuel. This agreement is about the longer term, beyond LONO and certainly into the medium term. Maybe not a surprise it’s taking a tad longer than we hope.

No question the value changes with a lono agreement signed. How high and how long it stays there is another thing. Some want to get out, some want to trade and some will stay the course.

Morocco contracts would impact hugely if they arrived sometime leading up to lono start.

Agreements to proceed with LONO have already been reached between all parties, and at present that agreement is being turned into a legally binding contract via the various legal teams. When complete they will sign it and announce to the market. We are pretty much there now. Any downside risk of a failure to sign must be very low, why come this far and then walk away? Makes no sense whatsoever. Lawyers do what lawyers do, cover their asses, by clarifying everything and using up lots of time.
