To be fair, BioMsar is what got MSC involved in the first place so the Zero version is part of the core marine project. It is where the market is ultimately headed, so makes sense to work in parallel developing this fuel to eventually replace whatever fuel is used for the Biomsar LONO.

For one it’s a large scale trial which will require a fuel supplier. Doubt very much QED is capable of supplying at that scale. So then you’re talking about another tripartite agreement, looking to tie up commercial deals along with trials. Cepsa wouldn’t want a repeat of the Maersk back stab so it will take more to get this moving imo. Also, the larger trial will likely confirm the economics better than the 60 tonne trail at site B. It’s likely this has been the plan all along, “commercial discussions” can cover a wide area.

I hope Cepsa are interested again, but who knows.

Ultimately, the day QED show by their results that they are actually on and moving along the pathway to commercial income, is when the more risk averse investor will see us as a good buy. You`ll know when that day comes because the SP will shift significantly in a matter of days to levels not seen in many years.

A Morocco commercial deal along with a LONO underway should achieve such an outcome, but in the meantime we`re at the whim of short term traders and shorters waiting in the wings for an opportunity.

You can’t deny the reality of the past, it’s there for all to see and many have experienced it. QED have promised much but have yet to deliver. They have survived on repetitive fund raises, all facts.

If they hadn’t pivoted to biomsar we’d be dead in the water by now, of that I’m certain. As someone posted earlier, QED is like a new start now, in the ESG sector not the dirty fossil fuels sector we were before.

That’s what’s keeps me invested, the hope they make the breakthrough despite their previous failures. It’s always a risk with AIM and QED is still a risky investment, but the risk to reward ratio is exceptional.

Get these agreements signed and the landscape changes overnight, that simple.

If any other L2 customers noticed a suspension to QED trading yesterday around 2.30 pm, let us know if you would, though I suspect we’d know about it by now. Speaks for itself I’d say.

I think you’re missing the point asimpleinvestor, how can you post about something before you know about it? Funny nobody else reported seeing a suspension on L2, why are you the only one?

It matters because news like that is rarely positive, so when you make a post saying trading is suspended you’d better be damn sure of your facts, so yes, don’t be surprised why others would like to get to the bottom of it. So far your explanations are unconvincing and not supported by facts. Where are the other L2 customers reporting a suspension?

Ok, take your word for it, but it doesn’t change the fact the posts were removed from general view, and one assumes that was carried out by the mods.

Also, the poster concerned said he was informed of the suspension via Level 2 at 2.45 pm and quickly posted before leaving to collect his daughter from school. Problem with that explanation is that his original post was made at 2.29, apparently well before level 2 knew anything. Trading was not suspended, that’s the reality. It’s still a very strange post imo given they facts as they are.

I’ve just looked at “Thread view” for the 2p topic and Utah drilling. There’s no sign of the original suspension post or DoNs response. Not sure where you’re seeing it?
