Has Andy or Jason ever said they expected contracts to be signed in Q1? The answer to that question is unequivocally NO. Did they publish an aspirational slide at the agm aiming for that point? Yes.

Look at the wider context. Only after trial completion in late November were QED allowed access to the clients commercial team to begin discussions.

Also read the agm Morocco update, any reference to Q1 contracts? Not a sniff, why? Surely if, as you claim Andy and Jason believed it to be true, did they not state it in the specific update? Seems obvious they were in no position to make such a claim and therefore didn’t!

Really? When someone says “we were told contracts in Q1” that’s a clear statement that Jason or Andy said it. If they said such a thing, it would carry more weight than a slide, one of many slides, whose sole purpose is future guidance, read the bottom of the slide.

Jason told us contracts in December and people sat up and listened because he said it, not because it was suggested in a slide.

If you regard slides as nailed on then it’s no wonder so many are permanently disappointed.

Right, so you’re quoting a slide, not that QED actually uttered the words as you claimed. They never actually stated that they expected contracts in Q1. These slides are always guidance/aim points. Yet again you misrepresent information.
