QED have confirmed there has been some preparatory engineering work completed, NFD. The MMU is likely in Denmark having been serviced/refurbished by the OEM. Until the parties agree to sign contracts, there’s little else can be done. The company likely have a plan in place to get things moving as and when agreements are confirmed.

The actual time has been a little under 5 months since the agm comments and subsequent comments in December 2023. It is a concern and what the truth is remains to be seen, but yet again HF13 has got it wrong. It has not been “over half a year”. If he can’t count back a calendar, one wonders how he coped with these big deals he’s been involved in! Oh wait, he wasn’t.

You're right, QED have produced nothing commercially despite many years of trying. This board is full of people expressing their frustrations accordingly, I do it.

Suggesting HF14 is just venting in frustration is taking consideration to the extreme. If we all posted like he does what would it look and read like?

Just means there was more demand than supply. The last OO failed to sell 50% of shares on offer, so it was under-subscribed. In this current round, if there’s demand for 150% of what’s on offer, then it’s oversubscribed by 50%.

Exactly, especially as Utah money has been factored in to company finances. As usual, stick cheque taking the rosy side of things because “QED said so”. It’s not as if anything they’ve said in the past was wrong mind you.

I doubt there’s ever been an open offer from any company that has been taken 100% without excess. There’s always someone somewhere that doesn’t want the shares or can’t afford them. Point is the demand for them from whatever buyer. If the company achieves its £1m raise in full then it’s taken up in full.

Will take that as a no.

The day I need your advice HF13 will likely be, never. I assume you will acknowledge your BS posting if and when the OO is confirmed as taken up in full?
