dman1987 - don't think Tom at Arden is involved at all at the moment. It is Norman who is looking at MRS. From my limited knowledge Arden are not replying to e-mails re MRS at the moment. 0207 614 5900 Spoke to a gentleman called Norman. He states that they have had several shareholders expressing concerns, that there are investigations ongoing, and to watch this space. He also said that AIM regulation were aware.

According to chart on Twitter, the Nomad is investigating, and as yet the shares are not yet added. Would be good to see the Nomad doing the right thing Watch this space?

Mogbear... cracking name, love it. The outrageous deal to take over the phantom drone company does not require a vote. If you read the RNS it is effectively a done deal. However, I know that numerous shareholders have been in contact with the Nomad expressing their concerns. The Nomad is, I believe, doing some investigation on the back of the concerns raised. As the shares used to 'pay' for the paper aeroplane company (apologies for the sarcasm) are meant to exist from tomorrow then I don't know if that can be stopped by the Nomad or not. The vote at the GM to prevent the board from using shares to pay invoices, fees etc can certainly be voted down. Just vote 'NO'

Jack, if Dan has not voted "no' then I apologise for stating that he has. I had the impression that he had. Are you saying that he is voting 'yes'?

Troutisout, I with you on this. I have voted 'NO', and part of the reason for buying more was so I could also vote no more. On Twitter, Dan has started that he has voted no, and is encouraging others to do the same. There also seems to be a desire to call an EGM and bring things to a head.... That will be a lot harder to win. Many people have been in contact with the Nomad and by the sounds of it their views are being listened to.

I wonder where we would be of they put as much effort into running the business well as they appear to have done by being sleekit timorous beasties. The irony is I suspect we would all have been better off, including them.

Ricky, I would be interested. My holding is not what it once was though... Down to less than 1 mil shares.

Does it still list URU as having its holding?

If that is the case, how will the market react? 1. "oh good, JZ is toxic. With him gone this will fly" Or 2. "The Chairman has lost faith, this will tank".

If the company has managed to re-finance the debt, is it allowed to wait till tomorrow to announce that information? I would have thought it would be required to release that piece of information as soon as it was known.

It would have to be at a hell of a premium from these levels to make it tempting....
