jono44...... Unfortunately he is still the dominant shareholder, and along with the rest of his crew will still be pulling the strings. Ideally he would reduce his holding, but at current SP that is unlikely
Antofelli.... The second defeat is accepted... It is there in black and white. However, when you say the liosers don't have a clue how many votes they have that is simply not true.... It is also there in black and white.....
The side for change are gaining votes, JZ and Co are losing votes. The gap is down to only 6 million, with the half million of so that were bought yesterday narrowing the gap already
If the board do not engage then there will be a third EGM, and with the change in sentiment will come a change in result.....
Compared with the EGM in May, the gap has closed to a mere 6 million votes. Momentum is clearly there. And significantly the votes against have fallen by 2 million. Confidence in the board is falling. Confidence in the need for change is increasing. One more go will do it....
Jack.... You think removing JZ will be detrimental to the share price? Then you must be gutted that he is leaving in August anyway. Under JZ, the SP is a quarter of where it was.... Hardly a strong performance.
Jack, may I ask how you are planning to vote pleae?
You say you understand why people are going to try and vote to get rid of the current BOD. You also say you have close to 1 million shares. A million shares is approx 0.4% of total shares issued. Your votes are both significant and valuable.
As the vote is going to happen regardless would this not be the best way to get the SP up quickly towards the 5.5p level you are looking for?
If the vote fails then the scenario you mentioned in your post would hopefully be played out although many lack the same confidence you do.
There are lots and lots of people who will not invest in MRS until the current BOD are away.
Personally I think the current BOD have had more than their chance. The Alerion deal is, and still is, a red flag.
