I did indeed attend the GM and also took part in the Zoom call.

The Zoom call in particular revealed that certain shareholders were trying to coerce/manipulate the board prior to the re-list. There is audio evidence of this. These same individuals threatened to "smash the SP" if Mark Epstein and the board did not go along with their terms.

At the GM it was further revealed, by the lawyers, that at least one of these shareholders is already on the radar of the (I think) the FCA.

Upon relist we had a distressed seller, combined with a group of disenchanted investors who presumably got in during one of the cheap raises.. Combined, they had a huge number of shares that they were willing to sell at pretty much any price, and in their own words "smash the SP" They did just that.

Having attended last Monday's GM it was pointed out that the AIM regulators confirmed that there is no explicit reason for a consolidation. It would be of the company's choosing.
