Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
The BOD need to discuss with the main shareholder what would be acceptable to him prior to trying to negotiate the deal.
Otherwise we will just go round in a loop, perhaps more than once.
I'm comfortable that we have reached the threshold for the listing to be secure. And that it is as positive result.
He obviously has his reasons for saying no to the format of the deal....too much dilution is my guess, but could be something else. He might be doing us all a long term favour, but watching the SP tank it doesn't feel that way at the moment.
If he was looking to take the company private he would have surely made his move when the SP was way way less than it is now.
Just my thoughts and could well be wrong about them all. It is a waiting game....again.
EGM results are now priced in, unfortunately. Hope I am wrong.
An average days volume in less than 1 hour.
I wonder where this will settle? Depressing to say the least.
I'm pretty disappointed at the moment.
Was expecting a nice rise this morning. Not going to get that now. Might buy some more once the SP has found its new level but pretty annoyed just now.
Investing.com has been a bit unreliable re share prices recently. Not just ORM, other shares too.
Roll on results tomorrow.
So, we have cast our votes, and the deadline is now past. Well done to all who took the time to vote. I firmly believe we have done all we can to help this vote cross the threshold required.
The results will be known shortly after 11am tomorrow.
Will they issue a confirmation RNS sometime in the afternoon? The sooner the better from my point of view.
Bought yesterday morning, and sold this morning for a slight loss.
Classic example of how to lose money.
Off chasing the next rainbow.
Somebody paid 2.6p for £5k.
That in itself is a comforting sign. Think 2p has well and truly gone.
Lot of buying pressure here today. Primed to go on a run? 3p to be breached again this week?
Even as low as £500 I cannot get any shares at the moment. Bodes well.
That's interesting. Are you holding quite a lot? Maybe they only contact bigger holders?
I'm confident that the 33% threshold will be comfortably reached.
1. ORM are actively writing to shareholders that they have details for. I am asuming these are shares that are not necessarily being held electronically inside a product such as an ISA/SIPP etc.
2. We have a 22% shareholder, along with some other big hitters. ORM will defo have been in contact with all of them. It is in their interests to vote for the resolutions.
3. We have done a great job here, and on Twitter etc, encouraging people to vote. We have seen some of the numbers in here, and collectively, they are substantial. Many people here are voting for the first time which is also encouraging.
Personally, I'm hoping to pick up some more shares sub 2.5p, subject to funds being made available from elsewhere.
The prospectus was from September 2014. Don't think that is the driving force in Poland.
£20 per account to vote? That is beyond excessive.
Famous last words but SP been slowly rising all day.
£24? That is a disgrace
Wolves.....ditto
Trying to expand on my post below:-
If TA hold 21.96% of company, and assuming he votes yes to the resolutions then:-
% of remaining shares required to vote yes to get to 33% is.........11.04%
Declared votes on here as a group stand at......................................1.99%
As a percentage of the remaining votes required that is a very healthy 18%.
And that does not include those on here who chose not to declare how many shares held.
We have actively made a huge difference to securing the outcome to the vote on the 18th.
Again well done all.
Hi Everyone,
I have just done a quick count of everyone's declared vote from when we started this up until BarneyR's post at 12.22 today.
Please bear in mind that there are plenty of people on here who have voted, but chosen not to declare how many shares they are holding. So the actual figure is considerably higher. I also rounded up or down to the nearest 1000.
Votes cast..................9,423,000
% of total shares................1.99%
That is enough to make a difference to the outcome.
Well done all who have voted.
