I think we always prefer when the BOD have bought shares themselves.
However, while I haven't seen anything, I assuming they are on incentives that are aligned to shareholders.
Think we all need to make sure we vote. Don't take anything for granted.
I've taken this opportunity to double my stake here.
Confident both short and long term
Buys so far, despite being recorded as sells.
30 new contracts in one RNS!
Good news indeed.
That's what I paid this morning. Just in for as short term trade.
Bought as few at 5.5p. now thinking of mighty fall further. Time will tell
I agree.... So long as it breaks north, not south
The overall view is that an update is due at the end of the month, the boss had been working hard, including over the festive period, and that even just one deal is a huge game changer. People are loading up.
I assumed that was somebody moving shares into an ISA or other product?
Pretty sure there was only one EGM in the period that is being considered here, not 'numerous'.
For MRS to survive, the remainder of the board has to go
Quickly is good too!
Bought another 400k early doors
jono44...... Unfortunately he is still the dominant shareholder, and along with the rest of his crew will still be pulling the strings. Ideally he would reduce his holding, but at current SP that is unlikely
To be fair I do speak to myself quite often!
Hackett going is a bit of a blow. Obviously didn't like what he saw, and got pushed. I wonder if he signed an NDA?
That's the plan!
Think most of us on here would agree with you.
However, change is coming....
Bought another 100,000 earlier....
Cracking price to be topping up at, especially for next EGM...
Antofelli.... The second defeat is accepted... It is there in black and white. However, when you say the liosers don't have a clue how many votes they have that is simply not true.... It is also there in black and white.....
The side for change are gaining votes, JZ and Co are losing votes. The gap is down to only 6 million, with the half million of so that were bought yesterday narrowing the gap already
If the board do not engage then there will be a third EGM, and with the change in sentiment will come a change in result.....
Win4call.... Agree with everything you just posted.
What I would say is the gap is now only 6 million votes, and there is a very positive vibe that that can be bridged at any future EGM.
Compared with the EGM in May, the gap has closed to a mere 6 million votes. Momentum is clearly there. And significantly the votes against have fallen by 2 million. Confidence in the board is falling. Confidence in the need for change is increasing.
One more go will do it....
