I always assumed it was independently valued? And I know that some might say "independently valued" but good business practice would be to have more than one valuation done?

Kinda hard for anyone to ramp, or de-ramp, a share that is suspended.... especially as trading looks to be at least 2 months away.

I originally thought it was 28 days, but I'm sure John Barker, possibly on Telegram, stated that it is 21 days.

While I understand your viewpoint, I don't personally agree with it. The update will come when they have something to update us with. I don't pretend to know how long this RTO should take. If they need an extension beyond the 6 month rule then perhaps they are confident they will get it? If not confident re an extension, then we will be hearing something by the end of the month.

I thought it would be after the EGM?

Rob - the reality is that ME, and, or, the board, don't need to update us at all at the moment. There is literally nothing we can do but wait. We all want this deal done as soon as possible, but we really don't know the timescale.

I'm not trying to be negative here, just pragmatic. Assuming the board get all this across the line, I am hopeful/confident that the outcome will be worth the wait.

I didn't know there was a time limit, although it does make total sense to have one. Thanks for the info.

Hopefully I am being pessimistic with the timeline, but just managing my own expectation levels. Nothing much we can do in the meantime.

I might be being a bit negative/pessimistic but if this comes out of suspension before the end of 2025 then I'll be content with that.

I've bought a few today.

Oultonmike...... Reading the RNS the RTO will be paid for by issuing new shares as payment at Thursday's closing price. Which, from memory, was 0.63p ish. Equates to approx 7.5 billion new shares required if my maths is right.

my *** packet calculation is 7.5billion new shares.

I would say that Amtech's question as to why seed investors in Capital Media are willing to sell their interest to MOS is a fair one.

I don't have the answers.

It does sound like the deal as outlined in the RNS yesterday would give them a pretty good return on what they initially invested. And if MOS shares go the moon over the next year, then they get a good chunk of MOS shares at what will be a bargain price.
