I could go on. If the shareholders (owners) were happy with company performance they would not be calling an EGM. All just my opinion...

If they were doing a good job they would not have had to face an EGM. And a possible second one.

And yes, they should be getting on with the job in hand in the meantime.

Why can't the board do much in the meantime? ... It should be business as usual.

If there is another egm all the board need to do is to put out a statement and vote

How would another possible egm take up all their time and cost a lot of money?

And they don't seem to be doing very much anyway :-

Where is the independent report? When was it due?
Where is the improved communication that shareholders have been asking for?
Where are the two 'independent' NEDs that the company promised?
Where is the refinancing that Paul Brenton reckoned would be in place for June 2018? Over a year late.
Where is the shareprice? .. Pretty much all time low.

The current board are doing a poor job. It is within their power to to fix all of the above. But they don't.

Antofelli.... I can't decide if you are being serious or being sarcastic. The drone deal is a scam. Alerion had no trading history and assets of approx £50k. Hopefully the board will be brought to task by one or more the investigations currently being run by different organisations. Time will tell. Tick tock.

I bought yesterday in the morning, did well but sold late afternoon. Made circa 30%

Bought back in today and at a higher price. If I can make another 30% I will be delighted. Even 10% would be welcome. I am trying not to be too greedy and take profits while they are there.

Can sell 100,000 shares at 1.86p. Forgot to try larger numbers.

Trevor Brown was paid £60k compensation to go quietly and quickly. He did not ask for that money.... It was offered to him by Zorbas and Tom rather than have another boardroom battle. That £60k is a age part of the headline figure given in the RNS.

He will be gone sooner than the end of August assuming we win the vote! Don't want his two appointed NEDs either. Anything /anyone associated with JZ needs to go.....

Anybody here for access to what Tom is saying about both MRS and Leon Hogan?
