Cannot be much cash left, even after selling the 2 assets.

A main market shell is all that remains. Sad.

Just bought another 330,000. Not a huge amount but it all helps.

That means I no longer have a nice round number so if I get another chance, at these levels, then I will be topping up again.

Anyone knowledgeable on how much cash DKE has left please?

Pretty much every trade showing today has wrongly been listed as a sell. With a couple of exceptions, they are all buys. I bought some more today. I will probably but more tomorrow if they stay at these levels.

Is the company not due to release a financial update today?

A billion pound valuation equates to, if my dodgy maths is correct, approx 30p per share. That is assuming no more dilution and that there will be approx 3,330,000,000 shares in the co once all warrants have been exercised.

If my maths is well out, somebody please correct it. Cheers.

Really starting to deliver for shareholders with huge game changing rises in income. Strap in!

At the investor presentation held last December the board openly started that a takeover, at the right price, was an option worth considering.

50p sounds a tad strong.... However, long term I can see this being north of 10p.

I'm holding tight.

Another bad day for ORM shareholders.

I'm not selling, it's do or die time.

The BOD need to discuss with the main shareholder what would be acceptable to him prior to trying to negotiate the deal.

Otherwise we will just go round in a loop, perhaps more than once.

I'm comfortable that we have reached the threshold for the listing to be secure. And that it is as positive result.

He obviously has his reasons for saying no to the format of the deal....too much dilution is my guess, but could be something else. He might be doing us all a long term favour, but watching the SP tank it doesn't feel that way at the moment.

If he was looking to take the company private he would have surely made his move when the SP was way way less than it is now.

Just my thoughts and could well be wrong about them all. It is a waiting game....again.

Investing.com has been a bit unreliable re share prices recently. Not just ORM, other shares too.
