Hi, I sent a secure message through the HL website. I also asked them to confirm they have actioned my request. Not heard back yet.

I have instructed HL to vote yes on my behalf to all resolutions.

For clarity, I have 285,000 shares.

If not asking too much, it would be great to have people on here confirming they have voted. No need to say how many shares, unless you are happy to do so.

I can only see 3 resolutions. Am I missing something?

I think we always prefer when the BOD have bought shares themselves.

However, while I haven't seen anything, I assuming they are on incentives that are aligned to shareholders.

Think we all need to make sure we vote. Don't take anything for granted.
