Anybody on here going to the AGM?

Austin..... Been holding MRS for what seems like eternity. Been through 2 suspensions, once got a dividend which was very welcome. Lived through some very dark days and am happy to wait for the good times which are now starting to arrive. I'm just surprised and slightly disappointed that the SP isn't well into the teens at least by now. Good luck all

2 million warrants at 8p according to RNS dated 21st December

I am voting against Tim. However, I reckon NB, TB and JZ will all vote for him...... If they didn't rate him they would have got rid of him a while ago like they did with JC. He also would not have been given share warrants at 8p (subject to undisclosed terms). I will still vote against him..... Small matter of principle on my part. Good luck all

I don't actually know a lot about JZ. He was part of the team that saved us from going to the wall so that is a big plus for me. He has also put money in, either his own, or through URU. That is another big plus for me. And he had nothing to do with MD, TJ etc. From my simple point of view I am happy for him to continue.

So for what reason was TJ given 2 million shares warrants at 8p....subject to certain (undisclosed) conditions? Regardless, I will still be voting against him

Buyandhold - could not agree more. Tim Jones should no longer be on our board. the board is there to serve the shareholders interests - he most certainly did not do that when he went along with MD etc and took the company to the very brink. I just hope people have long enough memories and have not forgotten the huge amount of damage Tim and co did to us, the shareholders. Vote 'NO' to resolution 3 - the proposal to re-appointment Tim Jones

the third resolution of the AGM isd to re-appoint Tim Jones......I will be voting against that one with all my shares, wifes shares and daughters shares. I recognise that he will very probably be re-appointed but he stood against the shareholders during the dark days and I won't be forgetting that easily.

What a great opportunity to top up at this price. Hope some of you have the funds to do just that. Me.... I'm skint. Good luck all

I suspect that back when the SP was at 30p there was only about a third of the number of shares that are in issue today. On the plus side lots of shares in sticky fingers so when this moves it will be fun. Good luck all
