pointless headlines14 Dec 2020 18:43
Ive filtered the poster of the last post. What a pointless headline. surely the principle of a board is to position some thoughts on why and what the view of the future of the share is. He/ she has joined the ranks of muppets who simply put a price and by when, as heartwarming and amusing this is, it's worthless.
If the Share price has dropped/ stagnated - why? Is it market sentiment or something fundamental in the operation or opportunity of the business. In boo's case it is the former- sort this as it appears to be doing and then you start to realise the value of the company.
Ebitda and sales growth story, new market entry, brand acquisition model and strong margins.
governance issues being addressed, strong ownership from institutions.
How you then value a business is in some part easy a funciton of the fundamentals - Ebitda/ ROCE / sales growth / potential the only question is - What multiple do you use.... and what is the PE ratio vs ebitda multiple as ultimately this is still a growth story. i'd view this on these multiples to be heading somewhere (depending on the belief of multiple) of 4.50- 5.50.
no idea when or which straight line.....
As with any share though there will be risks and drops.
