gkb47, I don't believe Lord Lucan has demonstrated that it his forte...if it is, it is unclear to me why he would entangle himself with JTP and then Paddy ...pay them well, pay off Leningas, pay himself, invest practically no personal funds in the company and leave only a story for paid rampers to argue about on this BB. He and his pr firm clearly reads this BB therefore it appears punters are his only hope to maintain the lifestyle for everyone from interns to the BOD and not investors.

Baits, I think you are mistaken. Lord Lucan has everything to do with Vonk/Tidswell. His name was on the requisition and he has given full throated support to Tidswell who placed him in his role. Lucan calls it a disagreement with major shareholders but the facts are it was only one , Tidswell , after he had been removed from his fiduciary role as Chairman after misleading the Board and shareholders. The company remains exactly the same after the departure of Vonk and two independent board members. This is not a fresh start.

(And if you recall the requisition was at first a threesome but became a twosome (Lucan and Tidswell) after Vonk resigned. Parts of this sound familiar Mr. Goodwill? )

What can Alan say that is more damaging than ANGS’ growth figures, earnings ( lack thereof) , decreased share value over time, nil revenue , exorbitant expenses and large salaries for proven low quality performers?

A few posters mentioned that ANGS pays 400,000 GBP in rent. This is astonishing given In the first quarter of 2020, the West End had average rents per square foot of 112.5 British pounds according to Statsia. If there are ten employees, that's over 3000 square foot per employee! If true, it seems they are renting more than just office space in London and Scotland. What could it be for?

Seemingly the most relevant attribute has no description , let alone any specific detail. Perhaps Lord Lucan should expand more on this point if it has any worth. After 10 years working at the failed Dresdner , was there anything beside his fashion line (not sure if it was managing or modeling clothes)?

Not only was Lidsey ‘impaired ‘ a few weeks later, didn’t Angs prior to the Leningas payment announce an unsuccessful program to improve the well? I believe they did. Apples to oranges indeed. In any case an HH comparison on this point is irrelevant, given the facts, the situation and prior events.

I reckon you don't know how ANGS paid David Leningas to buy out his share of Lidsey, not only at an exorbitant premium but they were never obligated too as he was a partner therefore enjoyed the same risks. This cozy 'valuation' of Lidsey followed the boardroom coup and Mr Leningas' twitter support thereof. Paying Mr Leningas made no sense and had no explanation let alone solid business reasoning, I'm sure you can put 2+2 together as we wouldn't want the paid thought police to call foul on the true facts.

It is my understanding that ANGS announced after the SFB purchase, Forest was actually the owner/partner. It stands to reason that he didn't buy SFB to flip it or for that matter operate it - there was not any OGA matters on a sale as far as I'm aware. He must have known ANGS would be his partner and a source of funding for the purchase. Therefore , the asset injection/decommissioning funds must have been the prize all along. Whyelse would either Forest or ANGS take the risk and the split for the future possibility of gas when there were millions in front of them? Whether they would do a proper clean up is something I'll leave to Alan2017...

Reading Alan's minimal stress test puts a harsh light on ANGS, perhaps that's the reason why Lord Lucan and JTP are jumping over to Challenger for some takeover shenanigans such as using Paul Forrest / Forum Energy to get a bite of the SFB decommission millions.
