Riverfort has an option to convert 20% this month - having converted 10% already. They need a higher share price in the next ten days to earn more money off the shares they convert. A 6% increase in share price, though sub 1p, is substantial for them. They can be selling shares from the first conversion tranche against the next which will give them a higher average.

Nothing IMO. What does this RNS do other than ramp today? All they have said that the CPR is arriving earlier than they expect. Well, it is not here until it is here, what is the point of the RNS ? Perhaps Riverfort put some pressure on Lord Lucan, the December clock is ticking.

We just do not agree on why and the true bottom. Let alone if there is any justifiable increase!

Lord Lucan said it himself:

"Our 100% focus is on making the business work rather than in depriving shareholders of value by acquiring the Company on the cheap as would be possible given the present share price..."

He expressed a preference not a guarantee and implies that it can be done especially at a cheap share price.

That was then, this is now. Taking the company private is a viable option , the paperwork is worth more than the assets I'm afraid.

Knowing Riverfort has a 10% conversion option to excersise before 1 January, not surprised by this recent ramping. Postalot pile on with your lot, I’m waiting.

If you had done the most basic research, you would know that JA51 and Yorkshire Life are definitely not the same person. And you would know, their POV is quite different.

I think it is a bit cheeky you put " a lot" in quotes. in fact, you have posted over 66 pages of material ( a more objective view may see it as nonsense) since that date. I couldn't be bothered to go back further, the point remains the same. Carry on....

Croqman apologies, I should have been more specific. Since the time Postalot claims he was a shareholder, following his advice which touted ANGS all the way, making outlandish price predictions and idolatry of Lord Lucan, if you held, you would have lost 94% in value. I'm sure a few traders including JTP made quid on the Rupy buys ( as we have seen suspicious trades) and took advantage of the uncertainty. Nonetheless the share is sub 1p...That said, let's not be fooled by the ANGS PR.

Nice modesty Postalot, but you have never once been correct other than accurately cut and pasting and/or parroting Lord Lucan. In fact as investor you have lost all of your money according to when you claim you invested. But I would be a chipper as yourself if I was working for ANGs.

Meanwhile the ANGS PR machine conveniently has Postalot on this board to spin yarns and tout this share to PIs. Anyone buying on Postalot advice has lost all of their money. And now you have joined the party, welcome.

But I suspect you are part of his game as well. I would save the false indignation or be very smart and invest elsewhere....

10% down, 10 more to go....

I think you should look up the definitions of 'now 'and 'present' and 'NPV'.
