I refuse to inform you further because it is pointless as you will only repeat your Lucanista mantras. Further, Lord Lucan is simply guessing when he arrives at his "NPV" (imaginary cash flows in the future and no known time frame) as they have no real life basis nor does he have O&G experience.

The paperwork that forms ANGs is the only thing of value today and in the future. And btw it does produce cash today for JTP and LL!

He is an apex trader. But look at the big trade, not .25P here and there. I think it is all about the delisting and/or making this an AIM shell company ( after all is diluted). The costs of starting from scratch are higher and more time consuming than his 6%. Either way PIs lose.

Are you actually saying a member of a company, regardless of title, when speaking to the press regarding company business is not speaking on behalf of the company ? If you think it is not authorised, why aren't you calling for JTP to be fired? You don't , because you know he is a shadow director.

Nineteen posts yesterday and the shares are still sub 1p for very good reason.

Therefore shareholders cannot believe any ANGS public statements.

I don't understand your logic,.... Are we back to the Lucanista, JTP was unhappy argument therefore he made a move? Even though he was clearly responsible for Brockham operations. I think there is confusion on this board. According to AIM Rules, all you would need is 75% of the votes CAST, not a majority of shareholders. Therefore IMO JTP , LL and Rupy can do as they please.

Also YL, if shares are in a nominee account, it is difficult for ordinary shareholders to get the paperwork to vote.Don't brokers charge fees for this process (it wouldn't matter for day traders as they don't hold their position)? Why would you pay a fee for a share that is sub 1p? The system is not designed to easily give ordinary shareholders a voice. Therefore, JTP can run the show.

Blaming shareholders on this board for the systemic weakness of the share price is ridiculous.

Poor management , poor governance, weak assets and no BOD credibility is reflected in the share price. If this BB is the real culprit, as the Lucanistas suggest, then ANGS really is a scam.
