YL ignore Charlie and his self serving piousness. Yesterday he was laughing , at the thought of me losing money on Angs. In fact he doesn’t care who loses money on Angs. What does that say about his character? And given all of his unkind statements without nary an apology, how could anyone take that post seriously?

- Poor governance. Still waiting for a Loan to be repaid ( for unknown reasons)
- Poor revenue won't cover expenses for at least a year if at all
- Poor Assets
- Lucanistas jumping up and down trying to gain 1/10p for the equity price

-CL completely threatened by a non existent lawsuit (without merit), threatened by posts he says makes no sense , and reasonable minded investors. I wonder why? I quote his rubbish:

Is Angs investable? No.
Is watching this soap opera great entertainment? Yes.

Yorkshire Life, it was very kind of you to once again explain why Angs is a lifestyle company and not investable for the foreseeable future.

CL rationale is ridiculous , essentially saying if you are so negative ( with all of your facts cited over and over by you and others, the ‘negatives’ ) explain how you can do it better. That is simply a smokescreen and not a discussion of whether Angs is investable. Secondly we know , no matter what you say Oc and CL will not admit, quit, or stop their unconditional support for this lifestyle company. They continue to make it about Lucan when it is about the company. They have nothing else to ramp with. Poor assets, poor forecasts, poor governance. But Lord Lucan will save the day or save JTP and keep the lights on which for them has always been the same. Given no matter what Is said, they jump all over the ‘negatives’ 24/7 , with multiple posts. They would make more money working for Angs PR team, than investing in Angs itself. Perhaps there within lies this whole debate.

It is no longer a loan since he has departed the BOD, it is compensation. There is no employee loan programme we know of.. It cannot stay non current bc it would hide JTP’s taxable income as it is no longer a loan - hence it smells.

Tax liability for Angs? It is a form of compensation. Nothing special except given a loan is a liability on the books. If it doesn’t get paid back the tax liability belongs to JTP. Lord Lucan is covering for him . Regardless, it should be paid back now.

Given your view, do you not think JTP should pay back his loan? Instead of buying more shares? It is standard for a executive / board member to pay the loan immediately as soon as he /she no longer holds the original position. It is a very poor sign that GL is glossing over it. And if he remains an employee, is he the only employee with a loan? Does the rest of team have the same option? That is real cost and IMO inappropriate.

You will naturally remained mystified until you accept the facts about the past, present and the probability of future levels of success, not contrived fantasies or face to face moments with GL. YL made a clear case with facts below what part of that mystified you? Given you have a contrived view of the past , present and future what do you expect from others? All I know is that you compensate by attacking others when it is too tough to defend. You and Ocelot speak of shareholder interest and willingness to buy, but the context is wrong. It is not about interest in Angs which is all you and Ocelot care about , it is about the company now and what they are doing w investor capital. Why would an honest broker think this is a good company, performing well and encourage others to invest further ? What is the investment rationale? Because it is a new day? It is not , and you know it, it is the same team. And curiously the company continues playing the same games....so instead of taking everything personally, creating silly comparisons , and pounding your keyboard why don’t you wait until the company does something positive ? How was the RNS positive? It wasn’t and apparently now Oilman Jim agrees. Lucanistas is a reference to a small almost pro, cadre of posters on this board with “Pom poms” . it is not Anti GL, it is anti the voluminous, spin that defies reason , that has one consistent theme , the wonderful virtue of Lord Lucan and his sponsor JTP. . Given you think it is anti Lord Lucan when it is anti spin of said cadre, it is quite curious you identify as one. Not a great investment strategy, imo. Perhaps it is something else.

Charles is faulting Vonk 7 months later, still using childish popularity votes as a smokescreen after Lord Lucan has tanked the share price. He insinuates Vonk did not want to face the largest shareholder in Angs at the time, the most trusted man in OG, JTP.. Once again, what is your point? I can’t fault him by the same shareholder lied to the board and traded shares during a quiet period, mishandled the SCC and filed a requisition that raised borrowing costs according to Charlie’s idol Lucan. If it was just about Vonk as you insinuate, for what purpose , lord knows, but it seems you continue to distract from Lucan and JTP.

Why would all the independent board members, oil experts resign and the person without OG experience on the board stay ? And another non oil expert take over as MD? Coincidentally they and the remainIng members of the company still claimed Brockham was on the go. Perhaps the person who filed a requisition , now supported fully by Lord Lucan lied to his new lackeys? Clearly you will hyperventilate now...and stuff this board with more of the same..... even after you said it wasn’t important and you were looking forward.

The minute you posted, they try to shout ( or push your rationale and factual views down the board, even asking air headed questions ) , same with me. I find it fascinating to watch the Lucanistas jump on anyone opposed to Lord Lucan. Isn’t that the flagstaff/ yellow jersey job? According to Winnifrith their tactics are right up flagstaff/yellow jersey alley. Funny how someone would actually make money working for them and not by actually investing in Angs. But apparently they volunteer, which already tells me investing is not their best skill.

Gkb47, agreed. Pointless trying to convince CL otherwise as ‘he looks forward to getting his cash’ from Balcombe, the only asset with any real potential for Angs, brought to the company by Vonk. This Vonk V Lucan discussion raised by CL is sophomoric, shame Lucanistas need to fall back on hypocrisy and half truths when the chips are down. Perhaps they should do as they preach and look ahead.

First thing , what would Vonk gain from being on here? To assuage his own bitterness? That’s ridiculous. Besides Lucan is doing everything in his power to do it for him! LOL

You are proving my point and you are selective in your use of quotes ...there are no overt promises, misleading statements and in fact there is a clear caution. Therefore, I will not apologise and still believe you are incorrect in your assertions.

On Balcombe prior to your quote - Vonk said they are not giving guidance on production just a few seconds before your quote

BTW who was running that test? Your current ANGS Team....

Balcombe was never part of the IPO, Brockham was the main part of the IPO ( it had a production license and later on permission for a three year test which is clearly more conclusive for measuring real rates) . Therefore Brockham was the business case for the Weald which I referred to before as being a worthwhile gamble....

This interview you cite below was after the RNS, which is a legal statement of facts, which described what was found, which is also required...

Vonk then describing the sequence of company activities, why Balcombe went first and that it was only a seven day test (without a production license) but the real test was Brockham. ....Everyone had waited on Brockham for an extra year due to JTP's fouled relationship with the SCC...(And for movie fans , you know without Star Wars , there would have never been any prequels)

If you think that is either a statement of fact or an overt promise of oil or misleading figures of production, I can't help you. I'm sorry you prefer Lucan's style but that too has nothing to do with the facts or Vonk.

And of course you quoted Lord Lucan misleading the audience on the quote and went deeper to show how dreamy, I mean eloquent he may be - I doubt he ever watched SHARE TALK .

What do you mean " please do not ever claim that Vonk's views were based on "If oil is produced"? Read your own sentence! Of course it was if oil is produced , that is simple logic which clearly doesn't apply to the Lucanistas.
