Lord Lucan has 15,400,000 shares allocated to 'other employees' one would think Tidswell would give a few of the morsels to Postalot. Given the company claims they are in 'pre production' there can't be too many other people they're paying for! Remember, Postalot on numerous occasions treats shares like cash. Hang on , with ANGs our former Chairman /biz dev head, tried to covertly sell his shares in another country. We have a gas field where one director sits on both boards , which was declared after the fact. We have a new chairman caught up in one of. the largest accounting scandals of the year.

If you can’t trust management , you can’t have a level playing field. Therefore buying on the spikes is nearly impossible unless you are in cahoots with the gang who can’t shoot straight. Ie Riverfort.

One has to wonder why Riverforte called in their 100K so close to the arrival of the CPR after delaying six weeks (from their 1 Jan option) . Doesn't seem to be a positive sign.

Postalot, I'll always leave it you to polish a Xx#. Care to explain how much money Riverfort makes on the loan when discussing what is sensible? With warrants and fees, it is comfortably above 30%. It doesn't make sense because the company has zero cash flow ...ergo it is dilution's a vis a placing at a very high cost. It only makes sense if the company could not issue new shares because there was little interest at the time and salaries had to be paid.

More buys than sells bc Riverfort was pumping the price with buys , herd came and they sold . Nothing to do with " the bid/offer was dragged down by some pretty small sells ."

Today's dump was utterly predictable. I wonder what if anything the FCA will do about yesterday's pre RNS trading?

Postalot, I don't think it has to do with buying. I think it has to do with bidding up the price and then selling your position as the heard moves in. Basic, with acceptable risk to Riverfort.

This morning's surge ( insider buying / selling) was a fog horn an RNS was coming. Riverfort needs to reduce its loan position w ANGS. It was their only way to take take cash off the table. IMO it is not an investment in ANGS, given they waited only 6 extra weeks after their first window, to exercise this contractual option.

Perhaps another case of trading on insider information. More occasions than not, we see a spike before an ANGS RNS - no matter , how meaningless. It is a wonder why these things are never investigated. Or it may just be DL utilising his uncanny foresight.

From the Telegraph today on NMC -where the Earl of Clanwilliam aka 'Paddy' Gillford is on the BOD's audit committee:

“Enough is enough,” said analyst Delphine Le Louet. “We cannot invalidate [Muddy Waters’] accounting claims with what we know, while the lack of clarity on the corporate ownership front is unacceptable.”

She added: “A board reset and a full audit are needed to restore investor confidence.”

I don't know, but if you read up on the NMC scandal...it may not have to come down.

Why let common sense get in the way? Conversion or paid in cash, the value of the company decreases especially when there is no revenue. Your argument about cash is a slight of hand as you keep saying/implying that the cash level (including the 900K loan) is a positive or reason to invest. It is misleading because the share price will decrease as a result of this loan at present pace. The loan is primarily supporting salaries. If you can't handle the point, fair enough.
