We have quite the passionate P123 joining this board full of vigor and RNS knowledge with insider like conviction. Just protecting his/her 'new' investment of course.

Yet it is the same tired message..Lord Lucan is on the right track. Jam is just around the corner. The last two years are simply a mirage. Let's blame the independent BOD that left the company and realize all the insiders who remain and control the company had nothing to do with the past. We are now on solid governance footing , after all we now have Lord Paddy with tremendous experience from NMC on the BOD.

And my new favourite... Of course ANGS should pay someone to decide whether or not they should receive a loan. Paying more knock-on fees and equity after that makes so much sense given they have given us the loan. Did I mention the " lender " has one transaction under their belt - you have to pay for experience , never results!

Let's pile on anyone who questions the Lord Lackey, damn the facts, they are a mere inconvenience.

At the end of the day , we have no revenue, over-paid partners, failed executives on payroll, production costs 6X more than estimated at purchase, zero business development and shareholders who are the last on line to receive a pence.

None of it is management's responsibility , can't you see it?

Not only is that statement about winning preposterous as well as factless, when it comes to ANGS if you sell short after every RNS , you would certainly make more money than sitting around and complaining about thoughtful comment.

More importantly...how is this MOU good for investors?

IMHO it is good for Lord Lucan, JTP and the BOD, as their expenses and salary are part of the 12 million. But for investors? For all of the eternal optimists of sunshine , when do the punters get paid?

Never, but they will get a piece of can kicking. Clearly that is worth a lot to the post optimists.

First of all overall according to LSE , Postalot has over 12000 posts, 307 over the last thirty days. Rastuss not only less than half overall but 130 in the last 30 days than Rastuss. Now I’m sure you want to argue but as it pertains to ANGs, which I say is splitting hairs .

You have been on this Bb a short period And most ANGS investors know Postalot has been not only prolific but on this board for over 16 mos.

IMHO your larger point is simply argumentative and has no merit on Rastuss’ content and relevance to investors - which IMO it is relevant and should be heard. It will be up to management to prove him wrong - not this board and not by counting.

Overall, Postalot’s production of company talking points on this BB far exceeds anyone in both quantity and duration on this BB . No need to spin the facts or debate especially when considering my original post.

Cheers . I think your Rastuss ‘discount’ is unfair given how prolific by multiples Postalot has repeated company talking points for 16/18 months. Secondly , ANGS will be judged by SFB but many including myself regard it as breakeven at best. One could cheer if ANGs, if and only if , had proper governance and shed JTP. Not to mention a few missteps along the way. Real issues that put SFB in question, which should be allowed to be debated. There is a fine line between the shared goals of investors and mgmt. Investors need to look out for themselves - positivity, is earned not awarded with share purchase.

What is your point? Is ANGS afraid of debate ? Are you? If so, the company should go private And you can invest elsewhere.. Rastuss makes far more rationale posts than the Lucanista. Scaring people away from Angs? Rastuss? Perhaps you should look at management? Can we discuss negative returns or will that scare off intelligent investor?

Everything I read today is pure speculation - illogical to the point of ramptastic thinking. The Shell contract is meaningless for ANGS unless SFB does better than break even. For Shell , the contract is meaningless, akin to SKY signing up 1 customer before they buy the football pkg. It costs them little with only upside, so this idea that SHELL has put their full faith in ANGS or conducted any serious DD is ramptastic thinking. I also read here from some who posts a lot that Lord Lucan is at the stage where " Equity kickers, interest rate, arrangements between the partners, to be finalised."...I doubt they're close given the silence from ANGS and the ramping on this BB...

Indeed it was I who knighted Postalot with a fitting sobriquet. However , Rastuss shall remain Rastuss for the same reasons. Carry on.

On behalf of all those with a clear eye and a conscious, you are the only one on this board whom I've found to actually understand how O&G Finance / banking actually works. I would say you are being too polite in reference to the 20M 'ticket' and all the foot shuffling by ANGS over the impending debt and financing needed. Lord Lucan should have known upfront that any institutional group would not write a ticket for lower than 20m given that it is common knowledge. If he did , his statements are misleading IMO. If he did not, the company is in worse shape than we imagined, IMO. Postalot, how will we ever get out of this hole? Perhaps , Lord Lucan doesn't have to..he just wants a dribble of a six figure check , here and there to pay salary and expenses, IMO. The rest of his 'strategy' seems to be hope which is in short supply when you keep JTP and the Earl of Accounting in close company, IMO .

Postalot, IMO you seem to have a distorted view of obsessed when you state:

You have the most messages on this board posting ad infinitum for over a year , thousands of messages, in the scores per day. IMO you do have an expertise on obsession and paid ramping but from the inside out not as a casual observer.

As I suspected a new Angus is back in town. And the neophyte (?) Skyfarmer is on a full frontal attack for the Angs side, IMO. At the end of the day, the company's only value is on this BB. It is the reason it is terribly important to attack Rastuss. Shameful.

Not a very smart investment IMO. What will that revenue cost? Time, Needed debt at >2X market cap and more dilution. A victory for Chiswick has never been a celebration for shareholders, unless the BB poster is part of the Chiswick lot.

Fiction is your strong suit. Of course it ‘adds’ up for you Postalot. This is fake finance to impress punters. NPV of a project ( 10 years , no less) is not the valuation of a company therefore this idea it is an appropriate measure of share price is quite off. Let alone to suggest it will be a return to shareholders is laughable. Keep dreaming ......

Reading theses numbers below from the Lucan Lot. Simply fairy dust. Unproven assets, speculation, poor management, no revenue, only debt and zero profit. The only shareholders who have made money on this tale are JTP and Lucan through their salary and below market options. Not investable to smart money... the following is not credible:

1) Net assets at 31/03/20: £11.116m or 1.55p per share
2) NPV (10) of CPR's mid-case forecast at 01/01/20 (£25.2m) less 9.1%: £22.91m or 3.20p per share
1) + 2) = 1.55p + 3.20p = 4.75p per share.

My apologies to all Rastuss , I had my facts wrong. It is a shame this board cannot conduct itself as a discovery of fact, to inform investor decisions. Rather it has become a company platform for whispers... to gather punters and their dosh for the benefit of Lords or wannabe Lords. .. In the end my question, IMO, remains the same. Why was Lord Lucan on Challenger’s bod for such a short period? Was there an RTO in the works? And if the marriage failed , IMO , the question should be answered , did LABRUM sell when this was no longer possible?

Imo the question should be asked , did Labrum sell bc without an RTO, ANGS has no value?

IMO these are legitimate investor questions , that paid rampers cannot request to be removed from this board.

Lucan and Rupy are out at Challenger. Why were they on the BOD in the first place for a short period?
Rupy sells his shares before the Challenger RTO? Did he think ANGS was the original target?

IMO all of the Lucanistas who denied a reverse takeover was in the works were obviously wrong. IMO, Rupert selling ANGS affirms that he never believed in this company but saw the paper advantages to an RTO.

Where else do the facts lead?

Let's be clear he may not be complicit. BUT all Board members have accountability and in certain jurisdictions a liability to fulfill their fiduciary responsibility. Perhaps Paddy couldn't be bothered , maybe he didn't understand . At the end of day , it happened on his watch and it is colossal. We have no reason to believe Paddy has changed one bit and that should concern investors. And more importantly, it is a big red flag to a governance expert . Is there not an RNS that states Lord Lucan is a governance expert? I'm afraid he and Paddy have a lot in common.

Postalot , thanks for this useless information. How is it relevant to today if there is no completed project, no revenue, high expenses and debt to be repaid? Who are you trying to fool with mere projections ?
