This company is loss making and always have been loss making apart from 3 years of covid-19 income.

The only time to buy shares in this company is when this company confirms its won a big contract otherwise this will just be a traders share that pumps and dumps. This will be sub 20p in a week or so . The directors of the company have not invested any significant amount of cash in these shares , I have put more money into these shares than the whole board of directors have put together.

Big daddy, I have been holding 113,597 novacyt shares since October 2020 which are worth 90% less than what i paid for them . I know what i am talking about as I have invested all my cash in this company.

I am thinking Joanne Mason has been pushed out today because of this news that Novacyt cannot respond to this rat viral outbreak as we do not have Primerdesign R&D now and she was the one that advised Lyn Rees to dismantle Primerdesign and focus all resources on Yourgene. Remember Primerdesign headquarters has gone now and the majority of its staff .

My personal view is that Joanne Mason was the female version of James Wakefield . Which , in summary , she was totally useless and was just picking up the salaries. Good riddance to her. She was probably the one that told Lyn Rees to dismantle Primerdesign and get rid of the talented R&D they had. Now we have this viral rat outbreak on cruise ship and Novacyt cannot respond to any potential demand because their R&D is gone in Primerdesign.

I simply cannot sell out now . I have basically lost it all now. Its 95% paper loss for me at 0.28p per share. That's £630K loss of my personal cash. I have no other choice but to pray that Lyn Rees will honour his ambitions of Yourgene and will create share holder value for Novacyt. I am hoping and praying Yourgene wins some big contracts. I saw and sat down with my accountant yesterday ( and my accountant is worth a staggering £15 million in assets ) . He told me i am such a bloody stupid fool to have invested so much of my personal cash in just one company and i should have diversified into 10+ companies with that £660K . He had a big go at me and quite rightly for losing all that money on this Novacyt company , which let's face it , have been nothing short of disgraceful how they have disintegrated the cash in bank and share price from £12 to 0.28p in just 6 years.

Looks like you're a professional AIM trader...... buying and selling shares is how you make your money in life ... . I only ever bought Novacyt shares and got my fingers completely burnt off . Directors at Novacyt completely destroyed shareholders. I dont know how you would be able spend all day on AIM unless you are getting paid by someone to do it .

The blame is on Graham Mullis , Anthony Dyer and James Wakefield . The first two ran off as soon as they got hands to the £10m LTIP, resulting in Novacyt to be rudderless, and to deal with the DHSC dispute when really GM and AD were the ones who should have stayed back and fought Novacyt's corner. They were the one's that dealt with the DHSC contracts. Then you had James Wakefield who was just not healthy looking and I wonder what he actually contributed apart from hiring David Allmond and selling off Novacyt to Yourgene . These three individuals just prove how AIM is full of dodgy money grabbing deceitful directors at board level who were not in the best interests of share holders or the company.

From £101 million̈ cash in bank to £11 million cash now in a matter of few years .

Who the hell from Novacyt board agreed to the acquisition of Yourgene and have Lyn Rees in charge . It cost overall £30-40 million for this acquisition . Taking over a loss making company and paying off its debts and then allowing Lyn Rees total power to dismantle Primerdesign and move on its R&D key personal.

Lyn Rees talks about shareholder value , but since being CEO the SP has dropped to 26p the lowest its been since 2019. From £12 to 26p is nothing short of complete and utter two fingers up at private investors and incompetence of board of directors. The presentation from Lyn Rees and CFO was nothing but a big damp squid , the body language was there to see suggesting these two individuals are fake and nothing more than picking up inflated salaries every year.

I have been ruined by this company by investing my cash in here. Losing £630K (£660K) . That is an awful lot of money . Lyn Rees has not put even 4% of his own cash into Novacyt compared to how much i have invested in this company.

Have anyone wondered that Graham Mullis tricked investors into investing into Novacyt , and it was all a big scam in 2020 , to get his £10M LTIP. As soon has he got his LTIP and he was off , leaving Novacyt to pick up the mess of the DHSC contract. The hype that Novacyt were going to be a mid cap company and ambitious was the message from Graham Mullis. What appeal / complaint can we do ? Can we bring Graham Mullis accountable. So many investors have lost big in this Novacyt.

What happened to those £5B NHS contracts that were up for tender in March 2026 ?

Lyn Rees does not deserve the basic £355K annual salary from Novacyt as he has been a complete and utter failure . First Yourgene bankruptcy and now creating no share holder value in Novacyt since he took over. I am a medical person and I dont know any medical doctor earning more than £300K per year and these people save lifes .
