I just re-checked the latest presentation and we are not just lowest quartile cost producers, we are hovering at the lowest 1/8th line. Vermelho and Araguaia almost on the same line.

Nice to know that 7 out of 8 producers will have higher costs than we have to produce nickel. Not only is that good from an income perspective in a nickel bull market it also positions us strongly in a weak market / recession scenario. Onwards and upwards.

5p will be nice (start)! I've just looked back and I've added just over 3m shares since start of December. Averaged add price 3.44p. That includes switch from FTSE shares. The most perplexing thing for me is that I've managed to add at around (or just above) my long term average during this period. Post Orion post Vermelho PFS. Never thought that would be possible.

Surely not for long now till 3.xp is gone for good.

Been my view all this week. The direction and course are now out of our control (PIs that is). What will play will play. Stress off. Don't give them your shares is my advice. I intend not to. Endgame for me.... I don't have many but it starts to get interesting the higher we go!

yes people will sell and the individuals / institutions buying in 1,000,000 share multiples will buy them all. As they have done all week! They don't seem to mind paying 6p or 7p and will probably pay 8p or 9p.

...for the rest of the day, so leaving my shares well and truly alone in my ISA where they belong. MMs can keep grubby mitts off. Back for tomorrow morning gap up. Cheers everyone :)

If (and no expert here) the asset is 'unique' and if (again don't know them that well) the board/directors/senior shareholders are razor sharp and want to crystallize the best return for themselves - returns could blow some of the cautious estimates being discussed. Again, not an expert, so not meant as a ramp by any means, but if the above hold, it could be better than people think. That's worth chancing (with at least a slice of the portfolio).

on a serious note though companies do come out and make comments on shareprice. Usually to say they don't know of a reason it should be going down or up or whatever that isn't already in the public domain. I think.

Something like the following RNS would be nice:

"The company has become aware of a steady, rapid, and sustained rise in the share price. It wishes to inform the market that it knows of no material reason, why this should not continue, based on previous updates provided to the market in October, November and December, which clarified the resources and intentions of the company."

I think that would just tick us over, nicely, for the time being.
