You are right of course but I'm at a loss as to what could warrant being sued at a RD parade.

With a thought to being proactive in mind what thoughts does anyone have on very probing questions to be submitted split as to Technical: Financial and Administrative?

I am not qualified to comment on the technical side but on the financial side:-

i) is any more dilution through fundraising expected and for how much longer will the existing pot last ( bearing in mind the BoD runs away with half a mill every year)?.

ii)how much are these foreign junkets costing and what have they produced. If nothing then why do Directors go?

iii) how much are all our hangers on (joint Brokers etc etc.)costing every year and by the way why did the BoD appoint yet another broker? we were never told.

iv)On that latter point why are we not kept totally in the picture about BoD decisions ( p..s poor communication again). We are part owners of the company fhs. Parker bangs on every year about improving same but nowt ever happens.

I hope I am not on my own about getting very, very, increasingly hacked off about the way the BoD is running this company into the ground while enjoying remuneration which to most of us is a dream.

Call me an old sentimentalist if you like but I am used to commercial situations where highly paid folk are expected to produce results and I don't give a Donald about all the babble about "this is AIM you know" and all the other mitigating b......t designed to let the BoD off the hook.

IF we want this company to survive then may I respectfully suggest that thinking caps are donned and some very serious and specific questions tabled for the AGM so that the incumbents of that top table go away with their rear ends on fire and under no illusions whatsoever that they had better start performing or else.

Unfortunately the logistics of travelling to London preclude me from attending the AGM which is probably just as well 'cos I am leaning heavily towards getting really stroppy with the BoD, especially Parker who I consider to be an expensive waste of space.

Always jam tomorrow, always has been for us but not for the BoD: always jam today in their case.

There are two types of "broad shoulders".

Those that stepped into a fortune when Papa and Mama snuffed it after a lifetime of inherited luxury and those who started out with nowt and through dint of hard graft, long hours, financial stress etc. made it big time. The former have probably had much experience of tax avoidance, again inherited, whereas the latter has probably not had the time or energy to even think about it.

So StuT who do you think will be more p....d off when the Government try to steal yet more money to .... up the wall in time-honoured fashion??? Put yourself in the shoes of the latter and then reconsider your "broadest shoulders" concept.

Colbalt. You may be right so perhaps you could give us the benefit of your technical and financial expertise on the future of the company and tell us why you are diametrically opposed to any comments which contain any form of pragmatism i.e. telling the story how it really is at present.

I wish you luck- our so-called IR people are dab hands at just ignoring shareholders. B....y rude and highly unprofessional but as the latter trait seems to be rife at Board level in admin. terms then not too surprising.
