I received a response from SFO this morning.
" SFO investigations are large and complex therefore they do take a long time to investigate.This is to ensure that the investigation is led thoroughly and that there is enough evidence to successfully prove the case in court.However I appreciate this might be frustrating and we thank you for being patient with us"

i) seems to be an inference that all target companies are guilty until proven innocent
ii) "....thank you for being patient with us".

Yep- but baulked at breaking just over 400-seems illogical.

Good point wolfhound-the Saudis must be desperate to get production back on track.However although Petrofac may bid for any reconstruction work I still feel that the SFO aspect might still prove to act against their prospects of success.
