We are all frustrated it's true, and disappointed, but purely because the people we pay to run the country seem incapable of getting their act together and putting this thing to bed one way or another.Then we can all get on with our lives without the hideous spectacle of grown men and women behaving like spoilt brats. Is it any wonder there exists a strong feeling of "repressed anger and discontentment" amongst the general populace when they see such behaviour on a daily basis.

As for "taking responsibility" etc. I'm sure most people do that on a daily basis without any thought of blaming the Brexit fiasco. They don't need to-the guttersnipe press does it for them.

We were told it would be an Economic Community which is an obvious no brainer. By stealth and political chicanery, aided and abetted by sycophantic self seeking politicians we became, gradually, a member of an organisation which dictates to us how we run our country and live our lives.

You, presumably, are happy living under a dictatorship- 17 million of us are not.

With regard to the progress, or lack of it, on the SFOs investigation, it is interesting to view the SFO's website specifically the length of time current investigations have been on the go and the length of time some have taken to get to fruition or close thereto.

Completion time vary and are sometimes hard to calculate but the shortest was 1 year 5 months whilst other range from 3-5 years.

I too know exactly what I voted for-severance from the most corrupt gravy train on earth.
You are all seasoned investors-ask yourself the question would you invest your clients' money in an organisation where the accountants have qualified the "accounts" ( they are a laugh in themselves) for many years: where the BoD is totally unelected: where said BoD and hangers on enjoy limitless perks and expenses which do not require any form of accountability: where billions have gone "missing" over the years: where theft of assets is rife (an audit of "Head Office" several years ago found that about £6 million of equipment had gone "missing"): where there is a total lack of accountability to the shareholders and moreover it dictates to said shareholders what they can and can not do without fear of any comeback.
Then on top of all that this "company" has imposed its own regulations ("laws") which overrides our own laws which have been fine tuned and nurtured over a period of 921 years.
Would you give such an organisation £211m per week (2018 figure)-c'mon- be honest.

Three more points arise.
Twenty years after the odious Heath took us into the EEC he was asked if he had realised that the ultimate goal was a Federal Europe and snapped back that of course he had. He just didn't bother to tell anybody that we were to be split into "regions" ( the full title of the EU is "The European Union of the Regions") doing away with centuries old counties or that our legal system would be subjugated to EU Law.

Secondly, consider this. There are many thousands of folk on very pleasant sinecures in the EU. What is bugging the Top Brass is that if the UK leaves others may get the same idea and their whole raison d'etre for being so bloody minded is based solely upon preservation of their own little kingdoms.

Thirdly, it is disingenuous to start slating Bojo-he inherited the dog's breakfast left behind by Theresa May. Would any of you be able to salvage the wreckage?
