So, who will be arraigned, Petrofac or one of its (former) employees. It has to be proved beyond reasonable doubt that Petrofac per se was complicit in the actions of its employees. Until that is proven the SFO is NOT "completely in the right".
If they were they would have brought the matter to court by now.
