On the face of it that seems like an insult to schoolboys!!!!! Let's hope a Judge throws it out and raps the SFO over the knuckles for sheer incompetence and malpractice but leaving that aside I fear the market will hammer us this morning. Most certainly and the Insolvency Practitioner appointed to liquidate the company (if that is the avenue taken)gets first bite of the cherry for his/her fees followed by Secured Creditors then Preferential Creditors (includes salary arrears of employees). Strangely HMRC are way down in the pecking order as Unsecured Creditors (quite right too)
Unfortunately there is usually b.all left for ordinary shareholders

It is a fact of life that government at all levels is profligacy personified (read the Taxpayers' Alliance newsletters to make your hair curl) on the basis that there is plenty more where that came from and we can steal it without fear of retribution.

As usual Aber. straight to the heart of the matter. Glad there's at least one pragmatist out there. I too would not put any more money in this share due solely to the BoD's inertia and appalling attitude towards shareholders.
I live a long way from the City but at present am sorely tempted to attend the AGM to confront these freeloading NED's,
especially the parasite Parker. I hope there are several hundred like minded LTH's out there-strength in numbers is the only way to jolt these jokers out of their lethargy and threaten their cosy little sinecures.

I certainly hope you are proved right Alto. As for accumulating more I would also be accumulating too many eggs
in one basket!!
