Nothing exciting i my p/f, watching ABDX bounce up and down while I am out of it...!!

Thanks N. Those were idea ltrades I mentioned, not that I did (m)any of them!

Last trade was last week, used the profit to buy an internal M.2 SSD disk drive for the PS5 !!!
Back to full price trades on HL this month, as I didn't do 10 trades ( think it was 8 / ). Made a few quid on "new" trading shares, not trying to average doen just trade the newer cheaper shares. Until they went down again.. so have to wait a little!

N - your doing well on trading LLoy ... must be the lucky black horse!

Nice and sunny if a bit cool here.
Sun not shining on my p/f though, continuing a slow slide...

BUT
Today travel requirements change - Red countries or OK countries.
Likely day 2 covid test will be allowed to be a LFT instead of PCR.

"Leak" supply order placed at ABDX led to 60% rise ( 42p to 62 p, holding now over 55p ) - just when I am out of them as was waiting for better price and smaller spread... could have got some for 36p last week!
ODX rising on back of ADBX ( possible to get over spill of ABDX LFT order?? ) but nothing definite...
NCYT moving up ( bottom found? ) nicely, likely on similar news / sentiment re: LFTs...

PLUS500 is any one in them, good financials, jumped up nicely ( I'm out! ).

Before T's removal exploits, a few weeks ago, it was thought ASC would drop into the £29 area ... today they have!

Another wet and dull day in Paradise...

O - Looks like you had a lucky escape / got out in time with Heiq, glad you are otherwise p/f safe, and oncethe markets recover / get volatile you'll make it back I am sure.

Watching my p/f get worse day on day, most of my shares bobbing at their new lows so no trading possibilities as I bought just a little above the base! Financials from NCYT and 7Dig led to rapid fall in SP ... ODX still down in the 40's, ABDX flat, ARB again sideways around 125... GGP around 16p. SNG in the 150's still, and SYME falling weekly!!

I guess it'll probably take the rest of the year to get things moving if there is not a market adjustment, with Covid, China / Evergrande, Inflation, various elections overseas etc.

Nothing exciting on my p/f, recent buys now fallen back!
Topped up GGP again at 16.0 to trade, they then fell to 15.7 ( but at same buy Sp ! ) but now holding at 16.0.
NCYT down again!

Ohh well, it'll all be OK later if the markets don't implode!

So, Bought some more NCYT to trade at 299p, could have made a whole £18 when they hit 303p ( after fees etc! ) but at least I am in the game, waiting for GGP to drop further to buy more, or ABDX to drop again... ODX maybe etc.

Still, it's all up in the air...

MARS moving up, so sold for 4% profit - held them a week when they didn't move! Probably keep on up but I think this is todays high 82.85p.

Welcome back T, nice to see you are busy not ill!

N - I don't have L2, not sure of the benefits. But I DO have live / instant prices off HL platform, for free, which I find useful. Also some charts available to learn, I use a basic stocastic chart, although rarely refer to it now.

p/s still down, markets dropped so the recent trading shares are below buy price and I am not trading!!

Quiet day all round, nothing exciting on my p/f or weather.

IF I had cash to invest as I said yesterday, I'd have done OK on NCYT and GGP, ( GGP fell more this am ! ) before they fell back, and others crawled up slowly.

Nice to hear on Bloomberg the markets are recovering in USA and EU/UK..

Afternoon all,

Mild sunny day here.

Markets all seem down, and Bloomberg is suggesting more falls to come ... based on the China scandal - Evergrande, energy prices, Biden's support tapering and pandemic continuing. Guesstimates on 21% fall in indices over next weeks...
That would leave most of us in long with stranded high price shares to hold and watch for the recovery.
Even my cheaper shares I got for trading went under buy price very quicly.

Could be a good time to get in some shares or top up favourites, but it's a bit of a gamble. I am also out pf spare change now to top up.

I've been a bit rough with a cold the last few days - not covid as I did a LFT and was negative - just bunged up now.

Well, I dabbled in MARS as they fell for no obvious reason, they have a 6-8p trading range at the moment.
Also topped up my trading tranche of ODX as they had fallen and stayed low... hoping for a move up in the week!

Nice to see you back S. Enjoy France, if Plan B doesn't kick in with more border restrictions / quarantine!

While I have some capital to play with, I think I have a feel for the range on a few of my shares, so will trade those at the current levels ( instead of trying to average down ) and the higher priced shares can be sold when the SP rises in the future!
I just need to be a bit more alert / on screen to catch the shakes and spikes!

7Dig went up a bit so sold the trading tranche, for 8% profit.

ARB are moving up after the IPO in USA news/RNS...

ODX steady, ABDX steady ( waiting for a bit of a drop to buy in )

NCYT still holding in mid 340's ... waiting for a drop back there!

Nice to be watching to trade again!

Could have made £100 on my cheaper ODX shares, now they have fallen back to break even.
Was looking to buy NCYT to trade at 333 earlier, was off reading ARB's RNS ( new 75,000000 shares to launch on USA stockmarket / nasdaq ) so missed the rise to 345 .. could have been another easy £100 on 1000 shares trade,
7Dig - £30 profit on the trading tranche, I'll leave that for now!

Ohh well, the fickle finger of the stock market, and my patience / attention!

Recovered from along intense tiring weekend away to Nottingham Crowne Plaza hotel. For a Red Dwarf convention! 3rd time lucky, been cancelled twice already! Was super!
Caught up with load of people only see there or on line, food and beer, not a lot of sleep....
Jonny Vegas was a surprise guest, did kareoke and a bit of stand up, and got a few pics with him. Lee Cornes, Danny John Jules, Hattie Heyridge, Norman Lovett, Ray Fearon ( from the special Promised Land ) there, Robert Llewellyn and Chris Barrie there by zoom, and co-creator Rob Grant, producer Paul Jackson came along at last minute too ( collared them for an autograph as they came in!! ).

Lots of stuff going on - merchandise, quiz, cosplay costume competition, Red Dwarf olympics games, stand up from Norman, auction for RD stuff from set, scripts etc, technical stuff from graphic designer etc.

Nothing share / trading related!

Yes, it is the offer document to buy shares in Brewdog as they look to raise capital to grow.
Expensive beer but not bad.

As this is a dilution in shares ( probably - more being issued! ) then I have no idea if the value will fall or rise. Depending on how Brewdog perform in the future the share price can rise or fall.

Do some research and make your own decisions!
