Here we are 6 months later and...... should we ask do we add on another 6 months.. All well and good being positive and optimistic. Not actually playing out I reality is it.

At this stage Crownos, investors want something concrete not more potential, people are sick to the back teeth of the potential, so signing an agreement that has the potential to become a concrete contract just won't cut it. Especially when JM knows investors are not particularly pleased with current progress.

You have to ask the question why Qfi/Valkor would sign this conditional contract and be pleased about it, if there wasn't some degree of confidence in defeating Hoodoo mining's claim to the subsurface oil rights.

If on June 28th those rights are dismissed, does that mean we can proceed. Or is Aug 23rd a definitive day as Qfi seem to base their projections for August.

My recommendation would be for IMO member states to agree a net zero target by 2050, and to impose a tax of $100 per ton of CO2 emitted starting on January 1 next year, increasing to $200 by January 1 2030.

In my view, every ton of fuel oil burnt in an engine would cost an additional $320 from January 1 next year as a carbon tax increasing to $640 per ton by January 1, 2030, to be collected and used by the IMO. A universal tax by the IMO would stop similar taxes by others. The world would benefit.

May well be they were on the way to Northern Europe for maintenance repairs where they were manufactured aren't these made in Denmark as well. Doesn't mean one can't return to Spain. One for Utah.

But I'm just not seeing a big major jumping on board like Shell or BP.

The lines as far as we know are still installed at Cepsa and if I'm very wrong about Morocco ( Hope I am) then the added bonus of producing Moroccan fuel would entice Cepsa I think.

It could all be coincidence, but if the trial.is supposedly slated gor Q4 this year and by that I say Dec 31st. Then a contract needs to be signed by the end of this month, because even with lines installed at San Roque it will still take 3-6 months to fit and work out the kinks.

If not then its passed to Q1 2024

MSC ships refuel at Algeciras. I can see Cepsa, Pennisula and Repsol supply fuel to Algeciras, but so may others, just can't seem to find any. So I would think MSC bunker at Algeciras with Cepsa.

But could be wrong.
