My top up of £50k from circ 11am this morning seems to have been dwarfed by other big buyers, anyway nice to see big backers behind this share. Would not make sense to be out of this now unless someone desperately needs the funds before year end.

Dear one to many I don’t believe you are posting factual evidence based statements. There will be cyclical ups and downs on this share as is normal with every share that exists. There will be profit takers, market makers and shorter. Please do not exploit the drops to stir negativity and a bleak outlook.

The fundamentals of this company remain intact and the highest they have ever been. Us shareholders cannot dispute or deny the datasets the IMM team have gathered thus far.

£50k as a vote of confidence in the share, seen a lot of rampers/derampers on his board but there is also a group of genuine investors who like me are loading in sizeable amounts.

This was executed at a price of 10.30 p. I won’t be disposing of a single share until the deal. I hope this reaffirms my faith of this evidenced based logistical buy. If you happen to see it published on the board keep an eye out it was transacted around 10:50

That is some good evidence based research and echos my previous statements. As more drugs come off patent in the next 12-24 months big pharma need to fund more novel therapies and have exclusivity to keep their businesses running profitable. A lot of the big contenders have some of there big patents coming off soon which means there drugs go generic so anyone can manufacture them so they lose the market exclusivity.

P140 just happens to be IN THE RIGHT PLACE AT THE RIGHT TIME whilst big pharma need to REINVEST and continue the drug development cycle

A frustrating hold here and yet this share has so much potential IMO

Potential to Rerate fast but no one seems to want to load up and take a calculated risk

Welcome hamak to the USA ,no new shares to be issued and a new buyers market to be tapped into. A great initiative which has probably culminated from the collaborative work of all the new appointments to the board.

Another strong evidenced based buy and hold

I have seen some comparable quantum’s being put out here from historical deals done in the auto immune space over the preceding few years. Whilst they give a good baseline one must remember the p140 MOA applies at the cellular level to all auto immune disease. Jackson labs in the USA has also confirmed this and advised p140 also showed promising activity which can be extended to:

Asthma

Gout

inflammatory bowel disease ie (Crohns/ulcerative colitis)

Rheumatoid arthritis

Periodontitis

To name a select few ….

The results were compelling and this was echoed by Dr Seb in both interviews. In fact you may remember he mentioned that when the results came through he nearly fell off his seat and phoned to confirm it was actually true.

Any pharma is going to want to exploit these therapeutic areas one by one. A very similar recent example of multidisciplinary use can be Mounjaro. I am sure everyone has heard of this being used for type 2 diabetes initially but then some clever scientist discovered it can be extrapolated and remarketed for its weight loss capabilities. REPURPOSING an existing drug has made it one of the biggest selling drugs of all time.

Now the above case study can be extrapolated back to p140 because we already know from the outset the drug has shown promising activity in many of the co-morbidities mentioned above.

This is my clinical scientific input for those interested but in summary:

A strong evidenced based buy with a figure of it’s true value difficult to quantify but stating in the billions

Zak predicting we hit 22p on our next journey up, last few predictions have been fairly accurate. Let this continue steadily up pre RNS until we then get the

Yes this is a very valuable piece of information -

It was fast tracked for phase 3 and the FDA actually proposed a lot of the ideas which led to the revised parameters for the next trial as previously mentioned:

1) revised higher dose

2) revised route of administration

3.) selective patients included only (p140 super responders)

4) tapering and stopping steroids prior to starting p140 for the purposes of the clinical trial

This adds credibility and value to what we already now know and is an extra big bonus in negotiations

It is imperative at this stage to ignore yo yo share price deviations, the overall trend over the next 3 month period is on the rise. The fundamentals of this share will now override anything else and it is a strong evidence based buy. You cannot refute the new findings of p140 and neither can big pharma.

Expect many many multiples of the current SP over the next quarter

I have personally seen my own shares jump up to £89k in the space of several days. Seeing such blue can be tempting to sell but until another zero gets added to that number only then can I realise true value from this investment.

With the massive disconnect of current SP/MCap with the assets in situ spreading the word and sharing some more positive updates will send this to higher levels where it belongs. Nicely timed investor meet with obviously new exciting information to share with the market.

Please remember everyone if you are in the business to make serious profits from your shares do not sell until we have the deal announced. You will then see the biggest unilateral spike on the graph, possibly the biggest contender of AIM 2025. It is of course your money to do as you wish but if you can afford to and can excercise patience/tolerance/commitment you will be rewarded in greater abundance before year end.

Who would want to be out of this share at such a pivotal time. Just look at IMM im currently in 70k profit there, and they just released patent filing last week, we have patent granted. Once I hit 6 figures there I will be top slicing and bringing in every last penny back into here.

2025 seems to be the year of making serious gains from your investments

As reiterated at the start of the year before the herd has arrived with the recent surge this remains an evidence based strategic evidenced based buy for one of the most prized assets of this decade. The paucity in news for the last few years whilst the IMM team have been quietly working in the background to refine p140 has now come to fruition. We must commend the efforts of Dr Sebs team who have diligently worked in the background to piece all the data together to pave the way for a derisked asset that is now considerably more valuable then initially thought

Remain vested astute investors - this is just the beginning of the re rate. Exercise patience with your holdings and don't sell out too early. Think of 50p as your first pit stop

Now is the time to continue accumulating as these are still great buying opportunities at this level. We are now establishing a more meaningful market cap with each incremental rise of the share price. This is a natural re rate for the asset in situ but still nowhere near a true reflection of its worth. Big pharma will now be in in-depth discussions to outbid there competitors on this one especially as Dr Seb can now share his teams clinical findings under NDAs in a lot clearer detail then previously permitted.

BUY - HOLD - REPEAT - STAY VESTED ASTUTE INVESTORS

A tremendous buying opportunity whilst we still continue to languish at these levels. I thought we would have cleared 1p easily by now and close to 2p as possible. The MMs dictating for now but this is a strong comfortable hold while we await the next positive news flow on top of an already proven asset structure.

Don’t be driven by gains on the SP which whilst look attractive and tempting to withdraw your profits. Take note of the bigger picture and follow the market cap which more closely depicts the company’s true value
